Now her job was truly done.

Harry blinked his eyes sleepily. His hand reached out to switch off the alarm clock of his phone. His bleary eyes looked at the window. It was still dark but he still needed to wake up.
He quickly made his bed and rushed to freshen up himself. Then, he changed into a clean outfit and went downstairs.
”You're already up, Harry? What time is your class?” his father asked, holding onto his mother carefully to ensure she would not fall down from the chair as she helped to tie his tie.
”I have a basketball practice this morning.” Harry looked at the dining table hungrily. It was empty.
”Go make something.” His mother said, patting his father's chest once she was satisfied with the tie.

”Again?”
”Your mother said so, so do it,” his father pointed at the kitchen.
Grumbling to himself, he walked dejectedly to the kitchen. No wonder he was good at cooking when his family was like this. He could not even depend on his sister as she depended on him as well for food.

Jeremy opened his eyes sleepily and sighed heavily. Was it morning already?
His hand reached out to press a button and the curtains started to draw automatically. He pushed the blanket off him and walked to the window.
It was still dark outside but he still had a lot to do. Even last night he went to bed when he could not hold his sleepiness anymore.
He rubbed his eyes and yawned loudly. The darkness from outside made him feel sleepy but the cold wind hit his face woke him up. He shivered a bit unconsciously.
He put on the robe and walked into the bathroom. Coldwater can make him feel better after the wet dream he had. A dream of him and Ryn.
When he went into the kitchen for his morning coffee, he found his little sister slumping at the dining table with a bowl of greens.
”What's wrong with you? Sick of greens?” he asked, taking his mug and poured the hot coffee into it.
”Hmm? I don't know how Ryn could eat meat so early in the morning while I have to watch what I eat,” Mika cried unhappily.
Jeremy avoided answering that. His little sister was always questioning Ryn. It was not as if his sister had a bad feeling of Ryn. It was more like a childish feeling.
He finished his coffee and went back to his room to get his coat, wallet and car key.
”Are you coming with me or with Jason?” he asked his little sister who was still forcing herself to eat healthily.
”Jason will pick me up,” Mika murmured sadly.
”Remember not to get into the office late.”
Jeremy locked the door and walked to the elevator. Today he would not meet with Ryn, which made him feel bad but Ryn was busy with her school and work. Maybe he could persuade her for dinner for two.
”Unless that silly sister grabs her first,” his heart pointed out sourly.
