4 Damn Liquor Shots 1 (1/2)

The party at Samantha's corner went on and everyone's getting tipsy.

Samantha was sitting beside Andrew, quietly enjoying her 3rd Margarita for the night and just observing other people getting drunk. She's now buzzed at this point and God knows where Hannah's locking lips somewhere in the sea of sh*tfaced-drunk people..

”All right, everyone, keep drinking! Tonight's Samantha's birthday and we are all doing shots!”, Andrew spoke loudly to everyone in the room.

”Wuhoooo!!”, the party people roared in excitement.

Andrew snaked an arm on Samantha's waist and kissed her ear, ”Happy birthday, Sexy!”, he whispered.

”Yo! Have you heard what happened to Holden last night?”, Eric Sun said to the gang.

”Man, I can't imagine if that sh*t happens to me. Who do you think did it?”

”No one knows, after all, he has a lot of enemies. But they're investigating it.”

Samantha didn't react to avoid suspicion, she just listened to them talking.

”3 shots for the birthday girl over here!”, said one of Andrew's friends as he was coming over with a tray of tequila shots.

”Oh no, I'm okay.. I don't really do shots.”, Samantha rejected, shaking her head.

”We won't take no for an answer, c'mon just three shots!”, He insisted and side-glanced Andrew.

Samantha contemplated and sighed.

”OK. But this is it. After this, I'm done.”

Samantha downed the shots at once and sure enough, she got wasted.

Andrew can't keep his hands away from Samantha, he got so clingy as he was getting so drunk himself. Andrew kissed Samantha's neck, but the lady was feeling so bothered and wanted to get some air.

Samantha excused herself to go to the restroom. Dragging herself out of the private room, she supported her weight with her hand on the wall and clumsily walked towards the end of the hall.

She thought as she was walking awkwardly, 'This is why I don't do shots. I can barely walk straight and I feel like I'm losing control over my limbs, my body's not cooperating and the room is just spinning. Oh fudge, what am I doing here? Who said drinking is fun? It is so not fun at all. I wanna eat some peanut butter.'

While Samantha was debating with herself, Daniel Cho at this time was walking at the hallway in the same direction the drunk lady was heading. When Samantha brushed past his arm, ”Sorry.”, she muttered as she raised her hands up.

Daniel Cho was startled at the sudden appearance of the drunken stranger dressed in a shiny red dress. He didn't see the face of this woman. He continued walking behind Samantha, shaking his head at the sight in front of him.

After taking a wee, Samantha washed her face and got out of the restroom. She stumbled but was caught in Andrew's arms just in time.

Andrew chuckled, ”Babe, you are so drunk right now.”

Andrew hovered in front of her and pressed her against the wall, ”Why don't we stay here for the night? I got us a room upstairs.”, he whispered to her ear and started kissing her bare neck.

Samantha tried to push him away but she struggled as she didn't have the energy, ”No, Andrew. I wanna go home now.” she said sluggishly.

”C'mon babe, let me take care of you. I promise I'll be gentle.”, Andrew didn't stop feeling her body, his hands stroking up and down, kissing her mouth insistently while Samantha pleaded him to stop over and over.

Daniel Cho just left the restroom and noticed the scene, he was walking past the couple when he heard the lady faintly rejecting the man. He stopped in his tracks and turned his head towards them.

Samantha saw Daniel and in her drunken state she tried to mouth the word ”Help me”, but she wasn't sure if he caught it.

Andrew felt someone's presence, he looked at Daniel and said arrogantly, ”What are you looking at? You have a problem with me and my girlfriend? This is none of your business.”

Daniel didn't answer and just told himself, 'Right, it's none of my business. Just keep walking.'

Daniel Cho left the hallway and into the hotel's lobby. He whispered something to Assistant Ahn and then strode towards his car that is waiting outside.

Ahn called someone over the phone and spoke for a minute then followed his boss outside.

Ahn started the car and drove away from the hotel. ”Boss, where do you want to go?.. Home?”

”Yes.”

Just then, Ahn's phone rang and he answered the call through his headset. After just a few seconds the call ended.
