He meets Diablo Sisu, a swordsman he met in a tavern, and they make it to the fifth level of the labyrinth. However, they encounter the 10th level boss ”The One Who Stole the Reason of Fire” Arti and the 20th level boss ”The One Who Stole the Reason of Darkness” Tida, and they get killed. He defeated Tida after the battle, but Dia lost his right arm.

While Dea was recuperating from the loss of her right arm, Kanami began to attack the labyrinth on her own. Along the way, she meets Franlle Helvirshain and her group, who were in the midst of their Eltralieu Academy exams, and they reach the 10th level of the labyrinth. At those ten layers, she encounters Arti again and forms a partnership with him with the promise of ”fulfilling her love”.

Kanami decides to use his savings to buy a house and a collaborator. She meets Palinclone Legacy at the market and is helped in the auction of the slave Maria. In addition, an unidentified girl, Rustyala Fouzouyaz, joins them, and it seems that their conquest of the labyrinth is progressing smoothly. However, as the day of the Allied Nativity approaches, they are attacked by Hein Helvirshine, the Celestial Knights.
