15 The Hacker Got Hacked!!! (1/2)

After their work was done and their surroundings were secured Noah looked towards Alyssa and said, ”What is your invention? You never told me about it.”

Alyssa gave him a mischievous smile and said, ”I was thinking about a device that can be used as a protection from the Diseased.”

She continued, ”It will be about batteries and electricity. It can be used to give an electric shock to the attacker or a molester.”

”Wow!!” Noah was amazed. He was very much interested to build something like this.

”What will you call it?” Noah asked in excitement.

”How about 'Tasers'”, Alyssa replied.

”Cool!! But how will you make it?” Noah questioned.

Alyssa explained. First of all, we will need a transformer, a battery, a charger, a plastic case, and a switch. Then we will test fit everything and make sure it all fits. By using a marker, mark out holes for the switch and the charger module. Then using a drill or a knife, cut/drill out the parts you just marked. Solder according to the schematic I have told you. And remember for the transformer the power connection is ”red line:”+” green line ”-”. Got it.

Alyssa took the parts to make a taser and assembled them.

When she pressed the switch, they can see the sparks between the two filaments. They can hear the sweet humming sound from the taser.

She was excited and Noah was shocked.

He really wanted to touch both of the filaments to feel the electricity. He really wanted to know the capacity of the taser. But even though he was considered as an intelligent person, his innovative mind got the upper hand and he stretched his left hand and touched the filaments.

He got a huge shock. He fell down from his chair and clutched his left hand with his right hand groaning in pain.

It all happened so suddenly that Alyssa was in a daze for a few seconds. After processing what had happened he passed a bottle of water to the still wriggling Noah on the ground.

Seeing him in pain she sighed. ”How could anyone be so stupid”, she thought.

”You know it is of 400.000V. How can you be so stupid to touch it? You deserved it.”

Still clutching his hand, Noah glared at her. He took the water bottle from her hand and drank it.

As they were chatting, the heard a beep sound from one of the computers. They got alerted. Their first guess was that they had been found out and maybe got ambushed. Alyssa got her laptop and checked her security system. Noah sat beside her, looking seriously at other computer screens.

When he found that they were safe, he released a sigh of relief. He thought that it was some kind of false alarm. He looked towards Alyssa to make fun of her. But was confused by seeing her angry.

”Hehehe… you know you don't have to be angry. Security system does fail sometimes. You are not that….” His laughter stopped when Alyssa glared at him. She pointed towards one of their computer screen and ignoring him went back on her work. She was typing codes so fast that her fingers kind off blurred on the keypad. They both fell silent. Only the sounds of hitting buttons were present between them.

Noah looked at the computer screen pointed by Alyssa. At first he saw numbers constantly decreasing. He had no idea about what was going on. But when he looked more closely, he saw a logo of one of the banks present in Royal City, he understood. Someone has hacked their bank account, more like Alyssa's bank account, and was stealing her money.

He looked towards Alyssa in shock.

THE HACKER GOT HACKED!!!

If it was some other day he would surely like to laugh at her. But now the situation was different. He was one of her partners. Moreover he was under her care. And this was the money that they were going to invest in their invention.

Noah became angry too. Noah saw his 20,000 dollars and pledged in his heart that he will never ever deposit his money in any bank.
