After Hanabi's visit, the two have already agreed to execute their plan which made their meet ups more often.

During Hayabusa's training, Hanabi would be with him which made the chief feel at ease for the two are getting along very well. Chief Haruno even suspended Kagura from attending her regular work in the main house in order to keep her away from the two.

”So, first, let's pretend to be in good terms to the extent of as if becoming lovers. I'll be informing Kagura about our plan so she could not do anything rash. Anyway, the chief would be glad to see the two of us happy together. We'll be able to go around town but Kagura would be on standby so the two of you could have some alone time together. You get me?” Hanabi explained during their break.

”I get it, ok? You've said that countless times,” Hayabusa replied feeling a bit annoyed.

The two of them decided to go around town for the execution of their plan. When they saw the chief, Hanabi grabbed Hayabusa and makes their way to the town. When the dark-haired girl sensed that the chief is looking at them, she gently took off Hayabusa's mask and flashed him a smile. She even wrapped her arms around him as if hugging him with a smile.

”The chief is looking,” she said which forced Hayabusa to hold her hand. Chief Haruno smiled at the view and thought that if this kind of scenario would continue, there would be no problem in their wedding.

”Let's meet up with Kagura,” Hanabi said. ”Where does she live?”

”She is not at home during this hour,” Hayabusa replied. He led the way while Hanabi followed by. After 10 minutes, they've reached the woods which seems to have never been passed by the villagers. Hanabi wants to complain but she knew that Hayabusa knows what he is doing. After a while, she heard the sounds of falling water. They walked a bit further and Hanabi was in awe upon seeing a huge and wonderful view of a waterfall. Just then, she saw Kagura that seems to dance above water. She is barefoot and dances gracefully with her Seimei umbrella which she could control with ease.

”She ain't dancing, she's performing a ritual to calm the demons inside her Seimei umbrella,” Hayabusa said. He stared at her with longing eyes and Hanabi noticed it.

”I know you dearly miss her but for now, let us talk to her about the plan. After that, you could do what lovers do after a fight, ok?” she said. ”But damn, she's cute.”

Hayabusa glared at her but she simply stuck her tongue out and rolled her eyes. Hanabi admired the graceful movement of the onmyouji and once again, it is confirmed that men like cute girls. Though that fact make her cringe.

Kagura finished her ritual, she got her Seimei back and closed it. She lets out a sigh upon remembering that during this time, Hayabusa and Hanabi would be together. But to her surprise, she saw Hanabi waving at her while Hayabusa is behind her. Her blood starts to boil thinking that Hanabi came to tease her. But she calmed herself down and decided to run towards Hayabusa and give him a hug for she missed him so much.

She was about to jump onto him but Hanabi got in between them.

”I know you wanted to give each other a sweet, tight hug but please, do it later after I leave,” Hanabi said.

She cleared her throat and explained,” We have a plan to make the chief approve of your relationship. So first, I want you to understand that we'll be pretending to be lovers to please the chief. After that, the chief would surely rush the wedding date. If that happens, during the day of the wedding, you'll be replacing me. That's a good plan, I know, so I'll excuse myself for the two of you could...errrr... Act lovers like usual.”
