On the long dining hall, sat the important guests of the festival. Hanabi and Hayabusa sat beside each other while Kagura and Hanzo sat across them.

Hanabi could still feel the glare of Kagura. It doesn't make her feel uncomfortable, instead, she feels ecstatic. She wanted to annoy her as much as she could.

Hanabi was about to get some teriyaki but Kagura's and her chopsticks met. Kagura gave her a smile. Hanabi smiled back and got some takoyaki instead.

”Ahhh,” she initiated as she tries to feed Hayabusa which made Kagura break her chopsticks into two.

Everyone was staring at Hayabusa so he was forced to be fed. Hanabi smile at him, then to Kagura.

With everyone's surprise, Hanzo stretched out his hand with teriyaki on his chopsticks and offered it to Hanabi.

Hanabi accepted it but has secretly flicked a small ball of rice right on his forehead. She giggled when it has landed on his forehead. She winked at him before flicking another ball of rice towards Kagura and it has hit her nose.

Hanzo snorted while he tried to keep his laughter. Hayabusa covered his mouth to keep himself from laughing. Hanabi simply smiled elegantly. Kagura, annoyed, hits her under the table.

Hanabi yelped in pain and everyone looked at her.

”I forgot the food is hot,” she excused while covering her mouth, acting like her tongue was burned.

Everyone simply giggled and went on with their own conversations. After lunch, the grand showdown had started.

Hyuuga and Haruno together with the soon-to-be couple are seated at the balcony where they could have a great view of the show. Kagura is simply behind them, in case they need something.

”Wow!” Hanabi exclaimed out of excitement. ”I know that dance!”

”Of course you do,” Hyuuga, her grandfather agreed. ”That was the dance you had been learning.”

”Are you a good dancer?” asked Chief Haruno.

”Not really,” Hanabi replied honestly. ”Can I join for a bit?”

”Of course, you can,” replied Chief Haruno.

Hanabi got up on her feet and dragged Kagura towards the stage. She smiled at her.

”Don't you want to impress him?” Hanabi whispered before stepping in to dance with the beat.

Kagura looked at the balcony and had eye contact with her lover. She gave him a sweet smile before dancing with the rythm. Hanabi and Kagura are in sync as if they had practiced day and night for that presentation. The crowd was pleased with the situation. Some of the audience also joined in with the dance.

But the excitement suddenly changed into worry when Hanabi felt something strange and dangerous. Kagura felt it as well.

”Everyone, spread out!!” they both yelled which made the crowd go quiet. Without any questions, everyone started to empty the stage. Hayabusa stood from his seat and was about to jump onto the stage when a strange, dark circle surrounded the two girls.

Hanabi pushed Kagura out of the circle and she felt something slicing through her skin. Blood dripped down her body but she ignored it when she saw a person behind her. She immediately draw out her kunais. Kagura and Hayabusa ran to her side, their weapons drawn out.

They couldn't see the face of the intruder for half of his face was covered. Only his glowing emerald eyes could be seen. The three spreads out when the intruder was about to perform his jutsu. He suddenly lunged towards the location of Hanabi and suddenly disappeared. That didn't save Hanabi at all, she saw the dark circle once again and was about to escape but another invisible weapon has sliced her skin, making her whimper in pain.
