I can hear the sound of gulping. It might be because of the tense situation they are in or it's because the knife which I stabbed myself with is still stuck in my hand and blood is dripping everywhere.

I am probably one of the first people who would stab them self with a knife just to test them to see whether or not they are doctors.

A humans natural instinct is to fear pain, but seeing me who did something so absurd in their eyes while being so calm about it really scared them.
