Chapter 15 - The fall (1) (1/2)

[Mikasa. Is everyone evacuated?]

After the boy, which I found his name was Marcel, suicided, I scared away the horde of titans away. I can't kill them all. There are like almost 200 titans around me. If I killed them all, who would kill the titans? Right? It would be weird if the Survey Corps come here and see no titan left. I'm not a Samaritan, nor would I ever be.

(A/N Samaritan means a good guy who does a lot of charity for free)

[Hello? Thana-kun, is that you? Everyone is evacuated. But Dr. Yeager isn't home right now.]

She seemed surprised by me speaking telepathically to her. It's been a while after all.

[Good... I have something to do. Can you get everyone to go eat in a nearby restaurant first? The whole]

Man, I swear, her voice sounds like an angel.

I'm quite exhausted these past 40 minutes. After I undid the crystal transformation on Annie, I tried ȧssessing her memories. It may be immoral to do so but I would be a hypocrite if I say such an action was wrong.

I learned quite a lot... much more than I expected.

(A/N God... It took me more than an hour to study a bunch of things from AOT. I'm dying. AOT is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more complicated than I thought. I stopped reading the manga so I just read the wiki, bc like Eren became a dumbass and Mikasa got abused physically. Imma beat Eren up even if the only thing I can do is to write. If I'm wrong about any of the facts... I'm even gonna bother changing it. Just take it as another parallel universe of AOT.)

The place I'm currently at is called Paradis Island, the last Eldian country. The island is extremely small compared to the rest of the world. Cool, but to be honest, I don't really care much. There are 4 people acting in this operation called Paradis Island Operation. Apparently, they wanted to take the power of the Founding Titan because of how powerful it is. It seemed her country, Marley was at odds with other countries due to their inferior technologies. So to remain as the world power, they decided to take the power of the Founding Titan for themselves, which will enable them to control all titans.

Enough of that...

I looked at Annie, who seemed to be deeply asleep. I'm not gonna lie, she's a beauty, on par with those valkyrie princesses in my past life. But even then... she's not even half as good as Mikasa. Her personality was somewhat similar to mine but that doesn't mean I like her at all. In fact, because I know her personality well, I feel a little repulsive toward her. She's selfish, cynical, and apathetic to life. I'm not blaming her. Anybody who goes through the same thing she did will also become similar to that. She was heavily indoctrinated but she's smart enough to not be loyal to the Marleyans. The only thing she's living for is to achieve her goal which is to return to her father.

Sigh*. She doesn't even know that her father is just an actor. Maybe because she was never exposed to true kindness that she turned out this way.

(A/N I'm changing up Annie's father just a little bit. In the canon, he was a ċunt for trying to use Annie but in the end, he became apologetic and genuinely want to take care of her. I'm changing it this so that the apology he gave her was just an act to make her try harder at her job.)

And so... I did something a little bit unforgivable, releasing her potential. By releasing her potential, she will become significantly more powerful. If her original potential was only that of a strong person. Now, she can become physically as strong as an Ogre. She should be at least 50% as powerful as her Titan form. Now, why was this unforgivable? In fact, this is a blessing but by releasing her potential, her intelligence will also increase greatly. It's like she will become more enlightened, which will let her be more clear of her past. Sometimes, this can lead people to extreme depression due to the immense guilt or the suffering of their life

Without a doubt, now she will definitely be able to see through her father's deception. She may just kill herself because of the miserable experiences that she had through, but I won't interfere with that. It's up to her choice. I only gave her a push. But if she chose to stand on my way of happiness, I will still kill her...

ARGHHHHHH!!!!!!!

A terrible headache is killing me! What is happening! Wasn't I crystalized? I wonder how long have passed since then...
