9 Killing the level 2 black bear (1/2)

”We are going to die” whimpered the grizzly beard men sitting behind Matt.

”Are you kidding me!? What type of bear is this!?” shouted Natasha.

”Oh, my god it's evolving to the next level!” whispered Matt as he saw the Black bears wound healing at a incredibly fast rate. Matt had never been in a fight with a level 2 mutated animal where he had to use a gun to kill them. Whenever he met them he was on a level higher than them and so was his kukri but here fighting against, no running from a level two mutated animal he was shocked by the hardness of it's skull.

No one except Natasha heard him but that didn't mattered as the bear had almost reached them and was getting ready to swipe his claw at them.

”I am not ready to die” thought Matt as he looked down at the bears leg then smiled.

”How did you take him down before this!?” came Natasha's voice when she saw that the bear had stopped moving.

”He was a male” replied Matt.

”SO!?” asked Natasha in confusion.

*sigh* ”I shot him in his balls” Matt replied while taking a deep sigh.

”Oh! That was good for a minute I thought I was dead” said Natasha.

”No! You were good, while others freaked out you kept your mind cool and did your job well” Matt said as he looked at the girl with appreciation as he knew that if not for this girl the chances of everyone surviving would be almost zero.
