'What?'

Ajax was shocked by Captain Edmond's sudden push as he started falling into an endless abyss.

”An old participant?”

While falling, Ajax heard a familiar voice but it took him a while to recognize the owner of the voice.

”You are the half-demon and half-human, trial master, right?”

Even though he was still falling, Ajax shouted as loud as he could.

”Correct.”

Zaglanath's voice resounded in the cave as he continued, ”So, you are here for training, right?”

”Yes.”

Ajax nodded his head as he searched for the exact location of Zaglanath; however, Ajax was unable to find the location and at the same time, he was still unable to do anything regarding his fall.

”Good. So, what do you want to increase? Skills? Cultivation techniques? Bloodline? Please pick one.”

Zaglanath didn't waste his time with unnecessary words as he directly asked what Ajax wanted to focus on.

”Bloodline.”

Ajax didn't think much as he directly chose bloodline.

”Are you sure about it? It is very hard to increase your bloodline and you need to work very hard.”

The handsome half-demon revealed a smile as he asked Ajax.

”I am sure. Just send me out of here already.”

Ajax didn't like the feeling of falling into an abyss forever. So, he asked Zaglanath to send him away.

”Fine then.”

Zaglanath nodded his head as he said, ”Since it is your first time, you don't have to fear your death and go all out while killing. Also, there is a time conversion of 1:10 from your world to the world I am sending you to.”

'Swoosh'

As soon as he finished his words, Zaglanath waved his hands as Ajax disappeared from his place.

'So, he is the one with the 'demon's prey' curse. That means he has a divine dragon with him.'

Zaglanath silently thought to himself as he came out of the pitch-black mist around the walls of the cave.

As a half-demon, he could sense the curse from Ajax's body; however, compared to the low-level demon kings who wanted to kill Ajax the moment they laid their eyes on him, Zaglanath was very calm.

Because the energy from a low-level bronze demon would not help him even a tiny bit.

With a thought, he disappeared from his place and appeared in another section of the cave.

In the other section of the cave, there was a middle-aged man and it was another than Captain Edmond who brought Ajax to the training.

”Trial master, I brought one and in the coming few days, I will bring another one for training.”

Captain Edmond had a respectful look on his face as he informed Zaglanath.

”The one you brought now is very special. Can I entrust his safety to you when he is outside the training grounds?”
