”Hector, how long will it take you to reach level 10 elite general realm?”

A young man in brown coloured robes asked another young man in azure robes.

They were none other than Hector and Damon.

After coming back from the Champion's contest, Elder Boron made them cultivate even harder and forced them to cultivate without any rest.

Moreover, they got new robes that specified their elemental affinity.

Since Hector was a wind elemental summoner, he was given azure coloured robes whereas Damon got the brown coloured robes.

Currently, both of them are having a friendly spar without using any of their elemental spirits.

'Kick'

”Why do you care? No matter how long it takes, I will be faster than you.”

With a powerful, Hector scoffed at Damon.

'Pak'

Even though the kick was powerful, Damon was known for his defence. So, he was able to stop the kick with his single hand as he replied, ”Really? I doubt that?”

After saying that, Damon jumped backwards and landed on the ground as he revealed a slight smile on his face.

”Why?”

Hector felt something was not right when he saw the smile on Damon's face and asked him while preparing his fastest attack.

”Haha”

Damon didn't give any reply; instead, he laughed out loud.

”Elder Boron said that one should not be proud and over-confident to let his guard down.”

'Swoosh'

As soon as he finished his words, Hector was like a wind appeared in front of Damon within a split second.

”When did I let my guard down?”

”Absolute defence.”

While maintaining the same smile on his face, Damon shouted two words as loudly as possible with great excitement.

'Dhoosm'

Just when Hector's punch was about to land on Damon's face, a thin barrier appeared out of nowhere as it blasted Hector into a distant tree.

'What...the...hell?'

Hector groaned in his pain as he forced himself to stand and tried his best to shout at Damon.

'Haha'

Seeing that, Damon laughed with an evil look on his face as he slowly started explaining, ”Oh Hector, not only I became a level 10 elite general real cultivator but I was lucky to awaken a cultivator's law yesterday...Haha.”

After finishing his explanation, Damon started laughing like a maniac.

”What? How is it possible?”

Hector was shocked as he looked at Damon with a bitter smile as he thought, 'No wonder, you wanted to have a spar with me.'

”Don't worry I will catch up.”

Nevertheless, he controlled his emotions as he slowly walked towards Damon and asked, ”Anyway, what is it called?”
