Effects:- 1) It increases the limitations of the skill 'Universal arcane refiner' from three times to five times per month.

2) Everything refined by the skill 'Universal arcane refiner' will give double items.

Even though Ajax had already expected the skill to be powerful just from the name alone; however, he didn't expect the skill to have two effects and both of them were complimenting another powerful skill 'Universal arcane refiner'.
