There was a sudden change in the elite demon general's behaviour as though there was something urgent he needed to do. So, he wanted to kill Ajax as soon as possible.

'Damn it, I don't have time to dodge it,'

Ajax was in a position that he didn't have enough time to dodge it.

'Swoosh'

Just when he thought he was going to die by the black sword, Ajax saw a green coloured arrow coming from the distance and touched the black sword at an incredible speed.

'Kacha'

Just as the green coloured arrow touched it, the black sword stopped in the mid-air and what came after that was the crack.

Within a few seconds, the black sword completely disintegrated into powder which made the demon king's consciousness inside the elite demon general feel a bad premonition.

”Who are you? Why are you meddling in my matters?”

The elite demon general threw Ajax aside and looked in the direction in which the green-coloured arrow had come from and asked.

'Huh? Who is that?'

Ajax rubbed the back of his head as he also looked in the direction from which the earlier arrow had come and silently thought in his head.

However, Ajax saw no one in that direction that made him raise his brows.

'Swoosh'

”How are you, little brother?”

Just as he was wondering who saved him from the earlier attack, Ajax heard a familiar yet unrecognizable voice from behind him which gave him goosebumps.

Suppressing his shock, he hurriedly turned back to see a young lady in her twenties, who was covering her face with a veil.

Even though her face was covered by a veil, it was unable to hide her beauty.

”You are…,”

Ajax felt that he had seen her somewhere but he was unable to remember where he had seen her.

”Little brother, you have forgotten me already? It was only around a month or so and you can't remember me?”

When she saw the confused look on Ajax's face, she became sad as he mentioned when they had met.

”Month ago?”

Ajax tried to remember it; however, he had gone through many things in the last months and ventured the five elemental world two times and many more. So, he was unable to remember her.

”Huh?”

All of a sudden, the young lady was surprised when she saw a green coloured pendant which was hanging around Ajax's neck.

”Since you are wearing the pendant I gave you, I will not be angry with you anymore,” While saying that she revealed a smile which was completely covered by the veil.

”Huh?”

All of a sudden, Ajax remembered the young lady in front of him and revealed a smile before saying, ”Thanks for saving me, big sister.”

The young lady was none other than Keshe, whom Ajax had met in the auction plaza of the mercenary guild's market square.

However, Ajax was fully busy and didn't have time to visit her.

Moreover, he had thanked her for saving him from the elite demon general because he knew that she was very powerful.
