540 Summons vs Demons (1/2)

Ajax was already familiar with the three small black orbs and knew how powerful they were.

Previously when he was flying on Twilight's back, that same black orb touched the left-wing of the dragon and blasted.

'Even though the injury is only on the left-wing, Twilight seemed to be affected by something that made it unconscious. So, I don't want to take any risk,'

With that thought in his mind, Ajax immediately summoned his three elemental spirits back into the inner world.

”Volcanis, Bane and Cerauno, come back,”

Just when the small black coloured orbs were about to land on the three elemental spirits, they turned into red, grey and white colours and entered into Ajax with an incredible speed.

'Boom boom boom'

The place where the three elemental spirits were previously standing was entirely covered with black smoke with the explosions from three small black orbs.

'Phew'

When he saw that the three small black orbs were more powerful than the one that landed on Twilight, he heaved a sigh of relief for summoning back his elemental spirits into his inner world.

”Haha,”

All of a sudden, the level 3 elite demon general started laughing when he saw Ajax heave a sigh of relief after summoning back his elemental spirits.

”You might be able to summon them back into your spirit consciousness; however, don't forget you are still here, in front of me and you have no way to escape,” After laughing for a moment, the elite demon general named Delgoth smirked while looking at the anxiousness in Ajax's face.

'That's right! I can feel some kind of barrier is covering the surroundings. I have nowhere to escape now,' Ajax looked at the thin barrier in the distance and silently thought in his head.

The elite demon general's body which was hosting the demon king's consciousness was very careful and he didn't want Ajax to escape once again. So, he locked down the surroundings to prevent Ajax from escaping.

'The only thing I can do right now is to fight to the death,'

There was nothing much to think for him as he already knew what awaits him and instead of dying without a fight, he wanted to use his full power to resist and bring him down along with him.

Even if he killed the elite demon general in front of him, the demon king would not entirely die; however, if his consciousness which was inside the elite demon general's body in front of him was damaged, then the demon king would need several years to recover that small consciousness.

So, Ajax decided to damage the demon king's consciousness as much as possible.

”Since I will die anyway, I will go all out with you,”

Any being, when they decide to go to the extreme means to bring someone down, they don't think much and use all possible available ways at their hands to succeed their goal.

He was like a cornered beast that would resist its utmost against his enemy.

One could never know what a beast or human that was cornered would do; however, one thing was sure that it was certainly not a good thing for their enemy.

”Everyone, come out,”

With that thought in his mind, he summoned all the available elemental spirits and contracted spirit beasts from his inner world.

Soon, Ajax was completed surrounded by his elemental spirits and contracted spirit beasts.

At the moment, Ajax didn't like to hide his summons inside the inner world because if he dies then all of his summons would die along with Snow, Raweth and Sparrow in the five elemental world.

Instead of dying without fighting and staying inside the inner world, he wanted his summons to try to fight for their life. Even if they died in the process they would be at least satisfied with a feeling that they tried something.
