As he was watching the guardian, Ajax was shocked by the sudden action of the guardian spirit.

'It swallowed the fire orb just like that?' Even though he was shocked, he didn't alert it and continued to watch its actions.

Since he doesn't have much use with the fire orb, Ajax didn't bother himself at the guardian spirit's actions.

According to the system, A guardian spirit's job was to maintain the inner world along with improving it. So, he wanted to find out how its actions would help the inner world.

Ajax was at one corner of the inner world and hid his aura completely, so the guardian spirit still didn't know it was being watched by its master.

After eating the fire orb, the guardian spirit walked to the centre of the elemental paradise and closed its eyes before waves of heat energy were released from its body.

'It is up to something,' Ajax wondered by the guardian spirit's actions once again.

The heat waves from the guardian spirit made the lava from one side of the elemental paradise fluctuate with intensity; however, the water from the other side was unable to get the energy of the same kind and cooled the heat energy.

'Aargh'

The guardian spirit painfully yelled and he was forced to the lava side completely by the water.

'Ding,

The guardian spirit consumed the fire orb and tried to increase the grade of the fire-water dual elemental paradise.

'Ding,

The guardian spirit's attempt failed and in the process it injured itself.

Soon, he got a couple of system notifications that made him understand every action of the guardian spirit.

”Oh...trying to upgrade the elemental paradise grade with a grade 1 fire orb?” Ajax shook at the foolishness of the guardian spirit.

Ajax felt that it was foolish to try upgrading a grade 1 elemental paradise with a grade 1 fire orb and the most important thing was it was trying to upgrade a dual elemental paradise.

”But, still it tried its best,” Even though the upgrade failed, he felt that he just needed to train it properly before asking it to take care of the inner world.

'It's already 100 years old and still had the intelligence of only a 5-year kid,' Ajax thought in his head and made his presence known to the injured guardian spirit.

As soon as it sensed Ajax's aura, with much difficulty, it came out of the elemental paradise and slowly floated towards Ajax.

”Sorry master, I destroyed the fire orb,” It immediately bowed to him and said about the destruction of the fire orb.

”Just heal your injuries for now and don't try to upgrade anything without my permission….,” Ajax continued to say a set of things for the guardian spirit to follow and concluded with, ”The main thing you need to do is to take care of those small buds over there.”

They were the buds of the seeds which he got from the never-returning cave. He planted them a couple of days back but they were already starting growing at an incredible speed.

”Okay, master. Next time I will ask for your permission,” the guardian spirit respectfully replied.

”Good...Do you have a name?” Ajax didn't know what its name was, so he asked it.
