Chapter 7 - Beautiful Stranger (2/2)

Jasper's silence made Aiko uncomfortable. His face was unreadable. She noticed that since that morning, Jasper wasn't his usual self. Did he also know all along about her tricks?

Jasper ignored her and decided to leave. He made his way to the elevator, leaving Aiko behind.

”Jasper! You stop right there!” Aiko couldn't control her rage anymore.

The object of her affection instant stopped on his tracks and looked back at her over his shoulder.

”If you dare try to harm Luna once again, I will never forgive you.”

His words stabbed Aiko's heart. This was the very first time that Jasper talked to her like this. So he knew all about it. Would that mean there wasn't any chance for her to win his heart?

Luna let the water wash away the remnants of what had happened last night. She could still feel the soreness between her legs and saw the trail of dried blood on her thɨġhs earlier, reminding her of what she'd lost.

It's over. She could no longer show her face to Jasper like this. Last night, she made the biggest mistake of her life.

There was nothing else she could do to change what happened. Luna realized that she had to break up with Jasper. She had to cut off ties with him, or else she would further humiliate herself. While she had no idea who was the man she slept with last night, she couldn't be sure that he wouldn't try to use this against her.

She knew that this beautiful stranger was a dangerous man.
