35 Ch 35 | Calling Little Anaconda (1/2)

It was already 5 in the evening when David left. Alexander looked at the time on his watch and started to think about his headache. Now, after facing that kind of torture for about two days, his will power and mental strength were increased.

He asked the system about the time when this terrible headache will stop.

”Hey system, can you tell me when this headache will stop?”

[ Oh! Kid, you're still awake? I thought you'll faint again. ]

Alexander rolled his eyes and said, ”Stop this chit-chat! I want to know, when will this stop?”

[ Kid you are getting cocky?! Huh? You dare to stop me? ]

Alexander didn't want to start a fight with this system. If this system gets angry and gives him a mission to withstand this pain or greater pain for a few more days, then he'll be dead for sure. He changed his style and said respectfully, ”Mr World Overlord System, can you please~ tell me, when will this headache stop? ”

[ That's more like it! Now, I'll tell you, it'll stop by 7 pm. ]

Alexander was happy after knowing that he'll have to withstand this headache for only a few more hours. He decided to first exercise a bit, up to 6 pm and then head to the canteen to eat a better dinner than his favourite.

It was 6:30 pm when Alexander was heading to the canteen. He felt great that now he didn't have to fear about people talking to him. These new memories which were being fused with his souls slowly mutated his soul to another person.

He was neither a hardcore introvert now, nor he needed to look down at the shoes when talking to people. His daily exercise routine also added another layer of confidence to his personality.

When he reached the canteen, he found Emmy, Lucy and Elliott sitting on the corner most table. He arrived behind them and hit Elliott's head with a slap, lightly to frighten him.

As expected, Elliott jumped up from his chair in fright and turned behind while cursing, ”F**k! You son of a Bit-” but he stopped on the sight of Alexander and excitedly exclaimed, ”Oh! It's you, brother Alexander!”

Emmy was surprised to see Alexander, so active. She thought, ”Wasn't he ill today morning?”
