When Lee Minjoon heard that Jinhee would be going out with Shin Soyeon on a road trip, ideas on how to quietly make her disappear came in his mind, and knowing that she will be leaving soon, he needed to actions fast.
Being seated upon one of the couches beside his wife, Lee Jiyoung, and an expression as if he was planning something was upon his face.
”Are you planning to make an attack?” Lee Jiyoung questioned as she turned her head to look towards Lee Minjoon.
Hearing her words made Minjoon nod, and he vocalised, ”Han Taehee is not present beside her, and this will be the best chance to make a move upon. Even if Han Taeho is her fiance, he would be barely able to find clues.”
Before Lee Jiyoung could say anything, the door to the room was pushed open, and raising their head, they looked towards the direction of the door.
Wearing a bright smile upon her face, Lee Jinkyung stepped into the room. Her eyes sparkled, and seeing her in this state made her parents curious on what could have happened.
”Dad, Mom, guess what!?” Jinkyung exclaimed— excitement being visible within her tone.
Raising one of her eyebrows, Lee Jiyoung had a soft smile upon her face as she said, ”What is the matter, Jinkyung Dear? You seem to be really happy.”
Moving closer to her parents, Jinkyung voiced out, ”Han Taeho just invited to accompany him to a charity ball. I told you that he likes me, and this is true. When I asked him about Jinhee, he said that it is too embarrassing to take her along with him.”
Those words made Lee Minjoon's lips curve to form a small smile and gave him confidence to go on with his plans. if Han Taeho had taken a liking into Lee Jinkyung, then that meant he would not be much interested in Jinhee's 'accidental death'.
Moreover, being ridden of Jinhee might make him as this would give him a chance to be with Jinkyung. If Jinkyung got to be with Han Taeho, then it would be really opportunity for then.
”That's great then, Jinkyung. Accompany him nicely through the entire time, Jinkyung, and be careful; Don't do anything that might cause him to have slight disliking towards you. At the end, making a good impression on him, remember to bring the matter of Father's business to him.
Moonstone Enterprise has been facing some losses at this moment, and some of the sneaky, old men are threatening my position. Han Taeho would be able to solidify my position,” Minjoon vocalised.
”Yes, I will be doing that,” Jinkyung vocalised, ”Then, I will be taking my leave then, Father, Mother, and I might not be back for dinner.”
Saying that Lee Jinkyung bowed towards both of her parents before turning her back on them. A small smirk sat on her face.
Too bad, Lee Jinhee was not present at this moment or else she would have a fun time, rubbing this upon her face. Although Han Taeho was her fiance in front of the entire world, he completely belonged to her, Lee Jinkyung.
”Have a fun time then, Jinkyung Dear,” Jiyoung vocalized.
