Chapter 129 - Trouble a stranger (1/2)

"No need," Jinhee, politely, spoke out, "I don't want to trouble a stranger over my matters."

The look of hurt that flashed in Taehee's eyes was noticed by Jinhee, and unable to look at her, Jinhee shifted her eyesight towards Chaewon.

"Do you know who was behind it?" Chaewon questioned.

Jinhee nodded and, then, answered, "Jieun was behind it."

"If you need my help with anything, just ask," Chaewon vocalised.

Feeling the warmth from her words, Jinhee nodded whilst wearing a smile on her face.

A knock, which was placed on the door, was heard my Jinhee, and looking towards the direction of the door, Jinhee said, "You can enter in."

The door knob was turned, and the Min couple walked in. Both Yoojoon and Sooah had genuine concern placed on their faces.

The parental love and worry she always desired for was shown in their eyes, and for the first time, it was directed towards her.

The emotions she felt currently overwhelmed her as she spoke out, "Yoojoon Ahjusshi, Sooah Ahjumma."

"We'll excuse ourselves," Taehee spoke out as she turned her heel to walk out of the room. Chaewon followed after her.

"Alright," Jinhee voiced out.

As both of them exited the room, they closed the door behind them, and Jinhee turned her attention towards the Min couple.

"Oh dear! How did this happen?" Sooah questioned.

"When Taehee called me earlier and informed me about this, I was scared," Yoojoon spoke out.

"It was an accident," Jinhee replied.

Since she did not want the Min couple to worry, she left out the entire truth from them. Moreover, they might directly bring up this matter to the principal, and Jinhee did not want that.

After all, she had her own plans for Jieun. As for the careless librarian, Lee Jinhee would directly hand her over to the authorities and let them deal with her.

"You should've been more careful, dear," Sooah spoke out.

"Yes. A simple accidents can have life-threatening consequences," Yoojoon added, "And you're still a teenager."

Putting down the bag in her hand on the table, Sooah vocalised, "I bought some food for you. The hospital foods aren't that good or tasty."
