As Jinhee was about to close the door, her eyes widened when she noticed something, and she took a step back.

The lock to the veranda was broken, meaning someone had sneaked into her room. There was only one name that came into Jinhee's mind— Kwon Youngmi.

Hastily, going to her desk, Jinhee searched through the things on it messily. Jinhee started to panic, and nervousness was visible on her expressions.

"Where could it be? Where is it?" Anxiety could be perceivable in Jinhee's tone.

That's when, a book fell down on the ground, and noticing that, Jinhee leaned down. Her hands trembled and eyes showed how frightened she was at this moment.

As Jinhee picked up the book by holding its backbone, a small note fell down. Putting down the book on the floor, Jinhee fell down on the ground.

Horror was noticeable on her features as she stared at the piece of paper. Slowly, Jinhee moved her hand towards the direction of the paper.

Holding the paper tightly in her hand, Jinhee dreaded to open it. All her nightmares and pains became vivid to her, as she gradually proceeded to open it.

Her heart started pulsating faster, and   Jinhee felt as if her heart would burst out of her chest. Her breathing rate increased as she skimmed her eyes over the contents of the note.

"Let's have a fun time together, alright?" The note read, and there was a smiley face attached to it.

It was her, Kwon Youngmi, and even this time, she remained unsuccessful in avoiding her eyes. This was definitely what she needed to confirm everything.

In her last life, Youngmi left a note in the same style before the torture had started, and unlike this time, Jinhee noticed it much later in her last life.

Patting her hand over her chest, Jinhee voiced out, "Calm down, Jinhee. Calm down! You won't be beaten by Kwon Youngmi this time around. You have grown smarter. Calm down, Jinhee. Calm down."

Since Kwon Youngmi had chosen Jinhee as her target, her life could no longer be threatened by the Lee family for Youngmi preferred to kill her targets by herself.
