Chapter 42 - Meeting Avengers (2/2)

We were talking about stuff. He asked me about his avenger's initiative. He asked me to lead the team.

Fury: ”Sir, I have thought about this for a long time. It's about a team of people with superhuman skills collected together to make a team. Avengers Initiative.”

Kyle: ”So how many you have found?”

Fury: ”We have found some. You were also a part of this but I haven't published your name yet. I want you to lead this team as you lead us in your first mission.”

Kyle: ”I would like to meet the team first. Then I will decide.”

We finished talking and teleported from there. Fury was somewhat surprised but not much as he knows I have changed after I reappeared after that incident.

Natasha was with Fury as they don't know about our relationship. Natasha was quite the whole drive back to base. Fury was a little confused but he didn't pry in this matter.

Fury: ”I want to ȧssign you on another mission. I want you to talk to the big guy.”

Natasha: ”Sir, you know Stark trust me about as far as he can throw me.”

Fury: ”Oh, Coulson got Stark. You get the big guy.”

Natasha was sent to India to take Banner back. Coulson was sent to talk to Stark. The whole SHIELD force was concentrating on the initiative.

Loki was also busy making his plans. He still needs that iridium to make the portal stable. Without Hawkeye is seems a little difficult. He a team of scientists to help him. He took Dr. Selvig or say I let him take him.

Everyone was called on the Heli carrier. Fury contacted me to meet the team I requested. Everyone ȧssociated with the team was called in for a meeting to meet their leader. They didn't know I was coming there too.

When I teleported myself into the room? I saw a group of people with their mouths opened. There was Steve, Tony, Natasha, Barton, Banner only Thor was missing. Some knew me personally, some don't.

Tony: ”Sir, are you also part of this team.”

Kyle: ”My bones still have some force left in them. Many of you might not know me. Let me introduce myself again.”

I materialized my suit on my body with the katana in the scabbard.

Kyle: ”5-star general Kyle Silvers aka Silver Wolf. I would like it if you would call me Kyle. I feel old when they call me sir. I am only 94.”

They were once again shocked but regained composure after some time. I asked their names and stuff. I already know all of them but it was still fun and all.

Kyle: ”Barton, you have a family, right? You have a wife and children. Are you ready to take this risk?”

Barton: ”I am doing this for them. I will do everything I need to do to keep them safe.”

I nodded and teleported to meet Fury on the aisle.

Fury: ”So, are you joining us?”

Kyle: ”I like them. Count me in. If you gave any problem council's side. Here take this. They can't stop a 5-star General.”

I passed him the file. I have taken the control of Avengers Initiative. Now the problem of nuking which was done in movies won't be happening around here.
