Chapter 125 - 118 (1/2)
As the silver haired young man heard that name, memories of the past immediately came crashing in her mind.
Chun first saw her during the simulation test for her application as an instructor to the Harconia Institute.
- In the purple clothing, designed with red patterned clothes was Yu In Na. She came from Lily City in Zen Country due to her grandfather's insistance on continuing their line as an instructor. She specialized in her fire techniques and woodcarving talismans. -
Although the traditional kimino she was currently wearing was far off from what the silver haired young man saw during that time and even her long black hair was cut short just below her chin.
The silver haired young man continued to recall what happened those times when they discussed about the Case of the Yu family.
-The Yu Family was composed of three family clans; two side-branch families and the main family. Yu Lee In was the head patriarch of the household, he had one daughter who was Yu In Na and his wife died already after giving birth.
The household was prosperous on those times but as a patriarchal family, the elders of the three clans did not agree with Yu In Na as the heir of her father so they wanted Yu Lee In to once again marry and have a son. They arranged Yu Songyan from the side-branch family who was also widowed and has a good status at the household.
The marriage was successful and Yu In Na got a new sister who was Yu Ali Na. Her stepsister was sweet and caring to her father and her, and as well as her stepmother, she was kind to them. At that time when her stepmother successfully got pregnant to a son, the household celebrated for their luck.
Yet things did not go well for luck, after two weeks of the celebration, Yu Lee In got sick and fell bedridden. He was poisoned, it was an active poison that could kill you in a day. The household was alarmed at knowing this so they called many medicine experts and invited them. Fortunately, the head patriarch was saved but they did not know that this was just the beginning.
Yu Lee In was healed yet he was unable to be the former smart, collective and kind head patriarch. He got easily irritated, sometimes not understanding reasons and would burst out in a sudden.
The elders was unsatisfied towards his performance that they wanted to replace him. Slowly, Yu Chuyun who was second to the former Yu Lee In, ȧssimilated approval from many clan members as he was good at decision-making and giving first priority to their household and making the current head patriarch felt threatened.
In a sudden, Yu In Na went with her grandfather from Lily City and she cut ties with the Yu family. Her father went missing and, her stepsister and stepmother sided with Yu Chuyun. -
Chun had discussed it with Rin who was the best friend of this girl standing infront of her. The silver haired young man who was lying on the ground just turned her back to the short haired kimono girl as she responded with no interest.
”Silver Fox.”
Her bland tone surprised Yu In Na, not because of her uncaring attitude but the silver haired young man's identity. She might be too introverted as she never saw this infamous Silver Fox when they were in their train cabin, as she was usually on her training, only would go out from her sleeping quarters if she needed food or needed to perform in that day.
If someone would label a person's life boring and dull, the short haired kimono girl might be ranked first for her routinary living. After leaving the Yu Household, she stayed with her grandfather and never went back to that forsaken place.
Due to it, her grandfather had instilled strict training to her, not only in her magic cultivation but also as being a filial and refined lady.
Yu In Na had been a lone young woman since then even in her life as a missus of the Yu family made her more less interactive with ladies in her age as she was too shy with unfamiliar people yet her courage was piqued when her stern grandfather taught her severely.
But she was still hard to approach.
While the kimino girl was silent with her own running thoughts, Chun who was comfortably lying on the white sand curled the corner of her lips as she noticed the approacing quiet and dazzling sunset.
The silver haired young man instantly rose up from her relaxation as she started to move to find a strong-based tall tree. She would rather spend her night on the tree branch than to be swallowed up by an abnormal acidic tide.
