Chun reminded the young man that her supply was running low while the young man thought for a plan. Currently, Kilius was in the same level with him because of the lashed back that he had suffered so Zero didn't need to use his spells to kill him.

Which a matter that he overlook.

Zero didn't perceived that he was just facing a clone as the true enemy was just in his shadow. Seemingly that he had thought that he was in control, a sharp claw on his back pierced through his heart.

His vision blackened while he heard the system's voice.

Chun woke up from dazed as she witness the closed distance between her and Art. Due to her happiness of seeing again her butler, she hugged him that made Art surprised. It stopped him from his actions as he was curious to Chun's antics.

The silver haired youth let go as she pouted at Art, ”I need food! Please make your very best dish, Art!”

Art was momentarily confused from his young master's strange action while he obliged on the request of the silver haired youth. Chun already finished her dinner but he wasn't opposed on stuffing the young master with much food as he liked that Chun would be fat and only for him to cuddle---

Immediately, the butler frowned from his odd thoughts as he went to the kitchen to prepare for the food. He folded his sleeves while he glanced at the silver haired youth who was staring with her doe eyes at his skillful display of knife skills.

Chun processed everything that happened. It was just awhile ago that she saw the life of Zero just ended due to his mistake of underestimating his enemy, and now she was here inside her penthouse while her butler was alive and standing meters away from her as he cooked.

Was it a dream or she just travelled back to time?

The silver haired young man was contemplating if she should approach Xi Chen and ask him about the item that they would be retrieving but it would be somewhat suspicious to do something like that. She just wanted to know if how much did the 'time-travelling' affected the happenings that was supposed to occur but it did not.

”Teacher? Are you Teacher Chun?” A familiar voice suddenly jolted awake the young man from her thoughts.

The voice was so familiar that Chun couldn't help but turn her head toward its direction. It was a male in a frivolous clothing, his dark brown hair was swept up to the side as his hazelnut eyes contained a hint of mischievousness.

Kai Sun who was alone while he was on shopping because it was weekend, ended seeing their handler wearing a 'cute' style of clothing.

On the other hand, Chun didn't know what to feel. She was overwhelmed with joy and regret but happiness overcame her emotion due to seeing one of her students. It's been a long time for the silver haired young man.

”First general Xi Chen? Pleasure to meet you,” Chun stated as she offered her hand while the general unexpectedly shook it in responds.

'Something had changed.'

Inside the penthouse, Chun was comfortably lying on her bed with her feet on the ground as her hands were widely spread on the soft white mattress. Art was busy packing the necessities of the silver haired young man for tomorrow's case.

Suddenly, the relaxing youth got up from her bed as she thought something. It was about the core of the institute, if she had already the first fragment that came from the institute's core then what about the current core now?

Remembering it, the spirit who was guarding the core was Pandora's essence and her other ego. Then would she be able to encounter another ego of her?

Finally, after their sightseeing. They reached the second biggest manor in the compound, the mansion of the Yu household's main family where the curreny head patriarch lived. There were two manors in each side of the building as they were home of the two side-branch families.

A charismatic butler in uniform with a monocle on his hand greeted them, ”Instructor Chun, right?”

”Yes, these are my students that will be solving the case,” Chun replied with a smile.

'Such a waste!'

It said about the status report of Samuel Lacos, this was his medical record when he was still ten years old, the time when he killed his whole clan. The file had an old scent due to being procured from the old files of the former doctor. A picture of a expressionless kid was on it followed by descriptive words.

'Chun… my white prince.' the young missus thought with a love stricken look that made the personal maid with her, sighed in helplessness. She should report this to the governor as soon as possible when they get home.

”Young mistress, let's go back to the shore where the captain and his crew are as it will be getting dark soon.” Lai was about to carry down the girl when Chi snapped out from her daydream and refused to go back.

”I wanted that bird!” She pointed to the smug Thundra who was now frying the big worm with his electricity, preparing to eat it.

Lai frowned and stated, ”Young mistress, we can't capture that thing its too dangerous and you know already the capabilities of that scary bird.”

”No, I won't go if you don't take it down for me.” With her spoiled expression as she crossed her arms, she didn't look at Lai while she directed her stare at Chun's party who was gathered and discussing something.

Screeeeeech! Screeeeeech!

”You mortals think that I can be easily monopolize?! I'll end your life for offending me,” the Thundra roared with intensity as he prepared to call forth the heaven's ninth thunder.
