Day 1
The massive arena which was able to contain hundreds of thousand of people was full packed as the audience was not only the martial students and instructors, various sects were invited as well to watch the tournament and even prominent figures were here to see once in a lifetime match. They heard that this year's tournament had modified rules and martial instructors could even participate.
The crowd watching weren't only from TwinCity as there were individuals that came from other continents and travelled to TwinCity in order to witness the live tournament. A live match was something that could boil a person's vigor and even as a viewer, you could feel the heat of the game.
Cheering of the people were present as they were not only here for spectating but they had their own cultivators to support. The first match-up was interesting as it came from Greatworld continent and Deculurom continent.
The Elite's and Ombri's. Mo Xin, a martial practitioner in Median realm who specialized in manifesting his qi in his sword technique. Chester Finn, a Faire who was in Silver stage, skilled in his blood technique.
The audience were excited to see a Faire's technique as it was their first time to join the tournament and they heard that Faires had their own cultivation which they used blood for manipulation. Blood was equivalent to qi for them.
In the center of the arena was a wide red circle where the two cultivators would fight. But currently, the two match-ups were both on the waiting area as it was not their time yet. The host was in the red circle platform as she welcomed the crowd.
Covered in shimmering glittered suit with high-heeled boots. The goddess of the entertainment industry was holding her pink microphone as she had her eyes closed. Her long eyelashes were glinted with sparkles of pink small gems as she bowed and waved her other hand.

Students were dripping with blood and sweat shrivelled with tears as they went their days with sleepless nights. 'Can I keep up?' 'Can I win this?' 'Can…' 'Can…'” Lanola begun with her story as she acted with joy, nervousness and sadness in line to her story. The spectators were entertained to her roleplay as she continued.
”Teachers were even exhilarated to be able to participate in this tournament! How anxious could they be?”
The crowd laughed as she exaggerated her beautiful face into a look of worry. The melodic chuckle of Lanola mesmerized the people as she stated, ”Before I could put a show here, let us cheer for the handsome and strong headmaster of Harconia Institute, he had been managing the institute for over five decades and during his reign, the institute had been the most renowned school for martial practitioners in the whole Xanxia. Even their top intellectual students were people that would have high status like strategist Lin. ” She waved at the said strategist as the other smiled back.
”Now, let's hand this stage to the headmaster, Headmaster Spinther Le'Cru!”
The headmaster was seated beside Lin as he stood up and went to the center platform.
Chun was with her students as they were seated in the second row, just behind the seats of the vice headmaster which meant that she was behind her star! Lin was the strategist that she had been admiring, she had a complete volume of the book that the said strategist had wrote which was the 'Way of Mind', 'Way of Soul' and 'Way of Silence'.
”Teacher, you look like a hungry wolf,” Kai Sun poked the silver haired young man who had been eyeing the handsome man, emitting a scholarly aura infront of her.
The voice of the headmaster resounded as he announced the start of the 205th World Winter Tournament. The crowd erupted into cheers as they couldn't wait for the tournament to begin.
”Now, now, now. Settle down, folks! Hihi.” Lanola winked as it made the audience gasped from her charm. She easily silence the buzzing people while she called for the first known match-up.
”I once performed at GreatWorld continent and stayed there also. It was really a home of ancient dynasty as they maintained their ancestors' way of living. The sceneries were so relaxing, a good place for travel! Let's not delay this. Mo Xin, an Elite senior student from Greatworld continent!”
A spiky yellow haired youth came out from the tunnel connecting to the waiting area. He had a bulky body as he was carrying his three-meter long sword. He waved his hand to the cheering people while crossing his arm and standing inside the red circle, waiting for his opponent.
”The mysterious Faire race is now here to show their skills! I heard that the Deculurom continent is a land of snow mountains? Never been there but imagining those snow peaks is a beautiful sight to see. From the Faire race, white hair and enchanting beauty, an Ombri senior student, Chester Finn!”
The white haired young man appeared from the connecting tunnel as he walked to the center platform. The mesmerizing race was truly enthralling as they got this charm which could easily captivate people but no one dared to touch them as they were colder than ice.
