Chapter 86 - 81 (1/2)
The silver haired young man sighed as she comfortably slumped herself on the soft and comfy bed.
The day was very tiring. She was currently at the Dinari mansion which in this way, their disguised would be more convincing if they chance upon the Chaser.
”Young lord, aren't you going to take a warm bath first? I'll prepare your bath.” Art was standing next to the queen-sized bed as the silvery pink haired girl continued to laze around. Her pink hair was oddly making her beauty more mystifying as she gazed at the butler with watery eyes while lying there in bed. Her hair was spread on the soft white pillows, making her appearance more ravishing to Art.
The butler gulped as he adverted his burning gaze. His young master was truly enticing if she was in her true form.
Chun was very comfortable with her current form as she felt her two budding flowers in her ċhėst. If she could size it up, it would be a size of her palms. Yet she considered it to be half good because her growth spurt as a lady halted due to the frequent use of the transformation potion.
Fortunately, having this mission was favorable to Chun as it would let her be in this form until it ended. Whether the silvery pink haired girl like it or not, her dream of staying as a girl should be put aside at this time as her top priority was to capture the Chaser.
Remembering that, Chun sighed and got up from the comfy bed. She gestured the butler to prepare for her warmth bath as Art immediately followed while not daring to look at his young master's direction.
Chun haven't noticed the strangeness of the butler, she proceeded to her closet as to find some girly sleeping wear that the real Light Dinari would wear. These clothes inside the wardrobe were clothings of the young missus of the Dinari household. As well as this room, the Dinari household wanted the setup to be perfect, no mistakes so that the criminal would take the bait.
They had no idea what was the Chaser was capable of that's why they wanted to be ȧssured about the setup.
The Dinari Household was known to be a detailed family. Every family members had an obsessive behavior of perfection which made them to be a family producing many excellent progeny.
Though it was a lost for them as their youngest outstanding young missus who was supposed to be an aspiring actress was victimized by the running rampant criminal. They wanted revenge for their precious missus.
The silvery pink haired girl had been pondering about the case of Kit Witara. She remembered that the roommate of Kit was Luke Gray, an aspiring solo artist which had a prominent background. The Gray household was one of the elite family and a member of the school's board of directors. Kit was the only true friend of Luke so he worried when Kit was bullied yet Kit stopped him from bothering about it because it was his personal problem. That's the reason why Luke did not involved himself anymore in order to maintain their friendship.
Chun recalled back from Luke's testimonies about he didn't involve himself from the problems of his friend as it would affect their so-called friendship.
-”It's my fault, I did not try harder to persuade him on telling me his problems. And I thought, he acknowledged me as his friend,” Luke said with red eyes due to frustrations and regret.
”What do you mean?” Detective Link asked.
They were on the interrogation room, while Chun and the seven students with Zen, a criminal psychologist from the team of Detective Link was also present. They were on the observation room dividing the interrogation room through a one-way mirror.
”Before t-two days of his s-suicide. I confronted him,” Luke stuttered while his eyes became more teary.
”What happened?”
”I found out that his family was being threatened, too and I wanted to help him yet he brushed me off and said that I'm rich and my family wouldn't allow me to help him,” he heaved a breath and continued, ”After that he ran off, he got back to our dorm at night with his scared look, and I was worried so I asked him what's wrong but he only said that I won't understand. A-and it h-happened.”
Luke trailed off as tears drip from his eyes. His only friend died and he didn't do anything to prevent it. He's the one who had a more capability on stopping him. As what his father told him before that he is useless, not comparable to his younger brother who pursued business.-
Starting from that point, Chun needed to figure out something that could make Luke eager on helping Kit with his problems. Something that could trigger Luke's protectiveness with their friendship.
While thinking, Chun was slowly sinking on her lukewarm water as she spent two hours of thinking for solutions. Immediately, she dislodged out from the water. Standing in full bȧrėness as her hands were on her hɨps while her expression was shone brilliantly due to having an idea for this case.
