”Damn the tulip family, they are not even paying us properly and this is what we get for all this work !”
”Calm down grandpa Quid we have to find a way to get out of this island”
”You are right Ike, look at the platform, the sons of lord tulip and their guards are going back to their ship .” Said Dani as he was trying to analyse the situation .
Suddenly an explosion occurred on one of the flying battleship, which started to fall down before crashing on the ground.
” Look the soldiers loyal to the family head are fighting back the traitors ! pointing at the top of a battleship Dani saw the conflit ongoing as chaos progress on the island.
”let's go kids” as Dani was looking at the ongoing fights, grandpa quid took out the flying ship from his cubic grand space . When Grandpa quid and Dani came to the temple they didn't use the spaceship to preserve the level of energy of the ship as their meta stone where already half used to reach this island and they didn't have much meta stone reserve with them.
As they entered their spaceship and where departing from the island, they saw the ships of the allied families arriving and starting to fire at the tulip's fleet, while the tulip family's fleet loyal to the tulip lord or Alexander started firing back at the allied fleet of the three families.
At the same time a flying ship started to pursue Ike, Dani and Grandpa quid , under the lead of Grandpa quid the spaceship was plunging toward the ground, turning right and left and then going back up while trying to dodge the meta energy cannon blast that were fired by the pursing spaceship.
Even with all his talent Grandpa quid could not evade all of the meta energy cannon blast, and as a the meta energy shield was almost out of meta energy. Their space ship was hit ones again living them without meta shield.
As they almost got out of range of their pursuer, the spaceship fired a last salvo of meta energy blast.
As the mountain stopped shaking and the explosion died down a space rift near the mountain disappeared.
”What happened, are we not dead” As Dani was thinking out loud, Grandpa quid sitting next to him let out a sigh of relief.
”Ike did you see what happened?” Asked Grandpa quid with relief in his voice but also many questions.
” I don't know Grandpa, everything happened so fast that I could not clearly see what took place ”
