Chapter 35 - The Queens Wicked Deeds (1/2)
[Lead a revolution.]
That was the first mission Mellie gave Anne, well not the very first, but the first middle-level mission.
On the day of their departure, Anne and her friends were still traveling inside the carriage towards the Academy, while Mellie was enjoying the movement on the top of the car.
He liked to see the sun coming through the tall trees, to smell the freshness of the crushed leaves. The flowers, the bushes, the little animals on the bushes, the ones that wanted to attack them, the bandits with good hearts that wanted to steal from the rich to give it to the poor people, also the bandits with bad hearts that will be Mellie's dinner when they die. He liked it all.
He had wanted to leave the country for a while to increase the possibilities of winning and to refine the scheming evil plots.
'Great!' Mellie wanted to dance, but his fluffy, cute but short legs didn't let him. However, what he could do was… cloud the sun and no more sun rays through the tall trees, mist the forest and no more fresh air, scare the ones hiding and no more good bandits and for the evil ones. Well, hehe… now he didn't have time to play with their souls, but Callum will manage them.
Now, the evil Mellie was even making strange lightnings surround the carriage, indicating that his most promising soul will begin the middle-level missions.
She had already cleared without fail the little missions from the past nine years.
Nine years! No more steal things requests. No more simple pushes to the right side to lead people to their devastation. No more simple stuff a child could easily do. This time the big leagues are open to them.
'No more dilly-dally morons!' Mellie signaled to the sky, 'this is the real deal now! Muahahaha!'
It would be extraordinary to have back his deep husky voice and his normal size, but this time he had to do with this black fluffy body. At least it was easy to hide and travel, and he had a first-class transport, a dog called Gandalf.
Mellie could not understand how was that possible, not many beings of this world could see him, but Gandalf was the first to notice his presence. Though, he somehow confused him for a burned marshmallow and then tried to eat him.
The inside of the castle was in a state of panic when they saw the usually calm dog ran around as if chasing down something.
Even Shadow was following him in amusement. If not for Mellie's extremely useful power to create cookies, then he would already have been the dinner of that mighty dog.
The fluffy demon sat again on the roof with a feeling of delight. 'This will be amazing.' He thought.
His eyes smiled and from a puff, a book appeared in his hand. The name on the book was written in golden letters and the cover was pure black. 'The Queen's Wicked Deeds,' it said.
From the first page,

Once upon a time, in a world, centuries ahead advanced, not only the people used electricity and energy extracted from the ground, but they didn't have magic, they had forgotten the use of magic. What a shame, as it would make everything easier but at the same time, nothing good could come when they already have so much power and no one to tell them when to stop.
Anyway, in this world existed a Princess… correction, in this world existed a woman that had the nickname of 'princess', the princess only to her dear Grandpa. The great traveler of worlds. However, she will never know that.
She was at the top of the world, she got everything she wanted. Wealth, fame, a good reputation, and a long line of suitors ready to kneel down to her. She was not a Princess but a Queen, a fabulous Queen. However…

The first page had the picture of a woman with long red hair and an amazingly cute little face. The red lipstick on her lips and the long red dress fitted her body perfectly, she was surrounded by many cameras and reporters waiting to capture her smile and her voice. Just a second of her in front of the camera will be a million comments and views.
The next page…

At the same time, the soul of her grandpa was lost, not even Mellie could find it, and, of course, the ones up there in the sky didn't even have a clue.
Mellie knew the truth behind the betrayal, he knew it but couldn't say anything. It was not his turn to enter the scene.
”Who are you?” Anne asked in the darkness. She had just died, and her soul was wandering around when a strange force stopped her from moving on.
”Mellie…” the voice wasn't loud, it was almost a whisper. ”Mellie…”
”Mellie? Is that a woman's name? Are you a woman?”
”No,” people confused him a lot, but he didn't care.
