Chapter 6 - Spongy Demon (1/2)
”Seriously?”
Anne received another message but this time, the one giving it was Mellie in person. She was hoping to meet him soon and was fantasizing about what kind of appearance he had, but now that she saw him, she couldn't even fathom that Mellie would be a demon that cute. His spongy black body and round big eyes were too cute for an evil and cruel demon. She was flabbergasted, she wanted a powerful and malicious kind of imp, one that could frighten the soul of innocent people.
”Are you sure that you are a demon?”
The little spongy black thing could only roll his eyes as he didn't have a mouth. Then he nodded and shoved her a red paper with a message.
However, Anne was distracted by his cute figure that only she could see. She had put a big teddy bear in front of her to pass it as if she was looking at it, and not simply staring into space.
”Aww you are so cute, I want to hug you.”
Mellie signaled the paper for Anne to read it, and then he disappeared leaving a puff of smoke.
”What? Are you going this quickly?! Tch… I wanted to hug you.”
”…”
[Steal the Prime Minister dog]
”...”
'These missions are kind of cute.' Anne stood up from her little desk and start pacing around. The Prime Minister was a cold man, even she felt some apprehension towards him. His face only showed indifference and seriousness. She had never seen him show another expression even to his children, the spoiled Rose, and the hard-working James.
'How to do it? That cold man would secretly scheme a killing attempt against me if I dared to steal his dog.'
She walked for a while in the big gardens plotting her new mission when she bumped into a hard wall.
”Auch! What the…?”
The man in front of her was a blond middle-aged man with stunning blue eyes. He looked handsome and mysterious, with a smart gaze but without any expression on his face. It would be scary for any child her age to be looked like that, but Anne was not any girl. She had already tamed the Master Knight Ives and make him her loyal slave.
”Prime Minister.” She nodded with narrowed eyes as if encountering a secret ally.
The cold man only looked at the little girl with some glint in the eye.
”Princess Anne.” His cold tone was like a freezing breeze in the heart of the people.
”I think you owe me an apology.” The shameless little girl knew this was her moment.
”Why is that, Your Highness.”
”You hurt my nose.”
”I apologize, Your Highness.”
