Seeing the turn of events, Shen Rui was agitated. His eyes flashed with an idea and he reached out his hand for Yue Wan. ”But Sis Wan there'll be quite a lot of people and Uncle might feel bored by those childish games. Also, he dont like our presence.”

Pitifully, Shen Rui had his face down, he bit his lips and his eyes were close to tears. 'Lord Husband, Your concubine suffered grievance under the Ugly Empress.'

The twins were taken aback by this sudden display of love.

Shen Ming dropped Little Bao down and blinked with an open mouth.

”You…” Shen Rui went blank for a full ten seconds. His eyes were as wide as a galaxy; looked like he had been dealt a huge blow and he was on the verge of exploding.

With a reddening cheek, Yue Wan slapped his hold away, ”Don't fool around in front of the kids!”

Xiao Hua indulgently looked at Yue Wan and kissed her temples. ”Sure.”

Shen Ming murmured to his doubled face jerk: ”Why did he do that?”

Shen Rui scoffed: ”Tsk! He did it on purpose for us to see! Driving a wedge between us and Sis Wan!”

Yue Xiang coughed then interrupted the two disrespectful lovebirds, ”Curfew will end at 7 PM. Don't be late.” Saying that he returned to his work.

Standing there, Lin Xu felt like a third wheel and he started questioning his life purpose. With an abused look of a single dog, he followed Yue Xiang. 'I will get a girl and stuff you all with dog food! Hump!'

With a head full of black lines, Shen Rui looked very unwilling. Suddenly something struck his mind, 'Damn it! That single dog brought this head pain! I will pay this debt soon.'

As for Shen Ming, he was in a daze for a long while before cursing. 'Why didn't he grow up like that man? It's all your fault mother, why did you give birth to me lately?'
