It was nearly evening when they left the park and the heat from the sun had already been replaced by the cooler night air.

Mrs. Shen called it a day as the sun was setting and dragged her sons back to the car as they have school to go tomorrow. Although the twins were unwilling to part ways from their wife, with their heads down, they followed their mother, their lips pursued in distress and so close to tears.

Unfortunately for them, Mrs. Shen could see the cunningness behind those fake tears. ”Don't even dare to try that trick. You will not be following her to the Yue family Villa, you have already spent an entire day with her.”

The demon twins looked at their mother as if they were struck by lightning. How could she expose their hidden plans so easily!? They had even prepared for a leave letter just incase she worried about them.

Seeing their facial reactions, Mrs. Shen sighed. She knew her brats were definitely up to no good. 'My husband was right, they were planning to follow her after lunch! You damn brats need to give me some face for God's sake!'

The Twins' teary eyes were fixed on Yue Wan as the car moved on. They couldn't bear to be away from her for even a minute. It really would seem like an eternity before they could see her again. 'Boowoooo... Wifey will miss us.'

Waving her hands, Yue Wan sends off the Shen twins with a confused expression after Mrs. Shen revealed their plans in front of her. 'Rui Rui! Ming! Next time I promise to take you guys to an amusement park, but you really need to go to your OWN home,' she vowed in her heart.

Sitting in the driver's seat of her Bugatti Veyron, Yue Wan found her phone blinking with a notification. Looking at her phone, she found that there were numerous missed calls from an unknown number and Ye Xian.

Pondering for a second, she debated whether to call the unknown number or Ye Xian and before that, she started the engine. Since she had her Bluetooth headset it would easier to talk on the phone while driving, so she put them and drove off.

As she left the parking lot and got onto the main road, she called the unknown number back. 'I will call him after reaching home.'

It didn't take more than a single ring before the other side picked up and Yue Wan could hear the anxiety in the woman's voice as soon as it was picked. ”Why didn't you pick up my call? I have called you for million times already. Are you planning to forsake me?”

Rolling her eyes to herself, Yue Wan opened her mouth to reply to the woman. ”Calm down, OK! I left my phone in the car. So tell me, why did you call me all of a sudden?”

Lu Meili screamed into her receiver as if she wanted to reach through the phone and strangle Yue Wan to death. ”Are you seriously asking me that?! Huh? After that party, you didn't even bother to contact me. I risked my life by going there and cause a commotion as you said, and did you do anything?!? NO!!!.” She was burning with anger and regret, this was all Yue Wan's fault!
