Just then, a man in his 25s came in, wearing a military uniform.

Bai Zhan was a computer expert and one of the best external investigators that the military had.

The reason why he was accepted into the Special Forces Operations by Yue Xiang was because of his accurate information gathering skills.

”General Xiang. Here the report you asked for.” His voice was as loud as a church bell, causing the eardrums of the Special force guards to ring.

”You're too slow!” Yue Xiang's cold words sent a jolt straight to Bai Zhan's heart.

”They hid more than we predicted…so it took us more time to gather the pertinent information.”

”What about the call records that they possessed?”

”The investigation of the call route that the phone received has revealed a link with the Secret Service of C City and some higher-ups from City A. It is uncertain if it was the Fu Empire's job or a setup.”

Yue Xiang's eyes were hauntingly dark and cold enough to cause palpitations in those that looked into them. ”Tell me the exact names of those who linked in this incident from our City.”

Bai Zhan read out a list of names.

Listening to it, Yue Xiang's pupils turned dark like ink, his gaze also became much colder and sharper. The names were all familiar to Yue Xiang and a few even had close ties with himself before his Grandfather's death. Why are they going against the Yue now?
