Chapter 104 - You Made Me Act Like A Villain (1/2)

Drop. … Drop. … Drop, from under a hunched over figure, blood rhythmically landed on the ground. The figure had the steel rod from Tian Mein in its right hand, more blood dripped from the end of the pipe, mixing with the figures on the ground.

The figure slowly stood up, surrounded by a murderous aura where if anyone moved too quickly, a bloodbath would ensue. As the figure came to their full height, still in the shadows, two blood-red eyes pierced through the darkness. Taking a step out of the shadow protecting her, Yue Wan walked over to where Tian Mein had fallen onto the ground.

After seeing her beloved brother actually kneeling before Tian Mein, begging him to spare her, caused something inside of Yue Wan to snap, and everything went red.

Her vision blurred as a flame rose up from the pit of her stomach. She had looked around and found the steel pipe beside her hand, her fingers coiled around the pipe, crushing the metal in her hands, and then everything went blank. The next thing she could recall was Tian Mein laying on the ground in front of her, and grasping his bleeding head.

On the ground, Tien Mein looked up at Yue Wan. She smirked at him as she raised the pipe above her head and smashed it into his forehead, again, and again, and again.

'BANG... BANG BANG!!'

Tian Mein was beaten into an unconscious state before he could even scream, blood pooling around as he just lay there.

Yue Wan let out a heavy sigh before she turned, still clutching the steel pipe, and walked towards her brother. Lifting his face up with her free hand, she looked into his eyes: ”Big Brother?”

A flash of light passed into his eyes, Yue Xiang blinked repeatedly as if to convince himself that his sister was really in front of him. 'She's alive. ... I didn't lose her. ... '

Yue Xiang hugged Yue Wan suddenly and felt the warmth from her as evidence that his sister was still alive.

Looking at the trembling figure, Yue wan knew the horror he must have undergone when he saw the car explode with her in it.

”It's okay, I am here. I didn't die.”

Hearing her sweet voice, Yue Xiang's body finally loosened, and all the pent up emotions came out, ”How??”

After asking the question, Ye Xiang lost his consciousness and started to crumble to the ground. He vaguely heard her cry, and then his vision turned black.

”Did you find out that thing I asked for?”

Sitting before a dressing table which was full of makeup, face creams, and expensive perfumes, Wei Wan's voice cut through the quiet of the room.

She was demanding to know what Wei Chen had been up to recently. After the incident with the exam, she didn't dare return to class like the others, instead, she went to the clinic to gather some information.

While passing by the clinic, she had overheard a bit of conversation between Tai Sun and Yue Wan.

When she had heard Yue Wan saying that the target for the scandal was to be both her and Yue Wan, Wei Wan's heart shattered.

Before she could find out anything else from their conversation, she heard some footsteps walking towards her so she turned around and escaped before anyone could discover her.

The person that Wei Wan was demanding information from was a servant by the name of Shu Lan. Shu Lan stood before her with a bowing head and revealed: ”The First Young Master didn't have any private meetings with anyone this week.”

'Crash...Crash'

In a towering rage, Wei Wan pushed everything off of her table with the back of her hand, shattering the makeup and perfumes all over the floor.

”How could that be possible? We must have missed something. ...”

After a period of silence, Wei Wan's head snapped out as she figured out what she had overlooked.
