Wei Wan came into her room and cast her school bag in the corner with anxiousness in her face, she dreamed of bringing Chen Ai for dinner with the intention of boosting her recognition in Wei. But fate thwarted her objective right before her eye.
Wei Wan collapsed in bed, with a heavy breath then she turned her body to roll to the center and confront the ceiling with her round eye for a minute. Suddenly in a panic, she bit the nail on her thumb finger in trepidation because every time she made her moves very cautiously, so there won't be any error, but today she wrecked it, and also on off chance, If Miss. Chen queried Yue Wan about the dinner lie then it will create a big misunderstanding.
On recalling the closeness between those two, her eyebrow wrinkled, and she bit her red lip in disdain, 'No, I can't let that bit**h spoil my plan, I need the Chen family support!'
While pondering over a way to approach and impress Chen Ai, a maid informed her presence needed at Master Wei's study.
Wei Wan's face fidgeted in annoyance and expressed that she will be coming down, she knew Wei Xing's inclination, so this must be something about Yue or Li.
Upon entering the study, Wei Wan heard Wei Xing's detestable voice, which was cold as glacier ice, ”Are you defying my Wei?” his eyes were loaded with rage, and there was a touch of dissatisfaction in his eyes.
Wei Wan held her head down while entwined her hand at the front and stood like a piteous daughter. She would not like to contend with this brainless imbecile, so she professed to act like a dimwit.
Wei Xing slapped the files in the table and bawled in infuriation, ”Don't you say that Young Miss Yue was your closest companion? Also, she will do nothing without letting you know? Right?”
Wei Wan's body jolted in nervousness, her lips parted in a shiver, as she stated, ”Wha--What Happened... Father?” Her voice resonated like a feeble chick.
Wei Xing clenched his fist and screamed at her negligence, ”You asked me What Happened?” took the same set of files and tossed at her head, ”Young Miss Wan attended the Yue's shareholder meeting and made a big commotion with Mr.Guo.”
Wei Wan's eyes widen in bewilderment because she clearly instructed Yue Wan to let Li Rong act as her Legal Representative rather than attending her, and Yue Wan consented to her proposition. So, on hearing her Father's pledge, Wei Wan's heart fluttered with an unknown fear, ”She wouldn't!” she murmured.
