YX went down to ask his Father about yesterday's incident of Yue Wan fainting, but he was astonished to see his Father, and Little Wan immersed in a conversation. Yue Xiang had never seen his sister sitting and having breakfast with their father in harmony. Yet, witnessing the happiness on his father's face, he had no intention to interrupt them and decided to silently observe his precious family member bonding time.
Yue Xiang's eyes solidified, regarding Little Wan, as she was admitting her blunders to our Father, 'What drama did that Wei pulled-out this time? Is Little Wan truly atoning her missteps? Or else, is it one of their arrangements?'
Exactly when his Father began to address him, he voiced out in a fluster, ”Father!”
During the time, when Yue Wan was begging for forgiveness, she sensed her Big brother's presence. And Yue Wan grasped that Yue Xiang might have a hard time to accept her. From the day, Yue Yeager took him home, and till now, Yue Wan consistently displayed her sinister side. By calling him nameless and criticized him as a mistress's son. Yue Wan regretted that her action bought lots of disgrace for him.
'I shouldn't alter my personality instantly, because it would be too suspicious.' So as the first step, she planned to obtain their trust, with her performance, rather than expressing false promises. Yue Wan determined with a fighting spirit, and then, she swallowed the soup which was settled before her calmly.
Yue Yeager didn't mind his son, interrupting his discussion, because he knew Yue Xiang's affection for Little Wan. ”Good morning Xiang, have you eaten?” he inquired.
”Today, I will be attending an important meeting,” Because Yue Xiang doesn't want to wreck their peace fulltime, and he intended to apprise about the drug issues later. Therefore he lied with a cold voice, ”I won't be having time for Breakfast. So, I will be leaving now.”
”Xiang!” Yue Yeager murmured with a dėsɨrė to make Yue Xiang dine with them, but it's inevitable to stop him.
Yue Wan prepared to make her Big Brother join the breakfast, but it was interrupted by an annoying voice.
”Yeager gege?” voice of a woman echoed.
A Woman in her 38 appeared into their view with aa irritating grin. That Woman's face was stuffed with overwhelming makeup to hide her wrinkles, though she still resembled similar to a witch from inside and out. That Woman's name was 'Lu Jia,' who was Yue Wan's aunt and Yue Yeager's stepsister.
Lu Jia's mom Lu Mei drugged Yue Zhao(Little Wan's Grandpa) and got herself pregnant. By hiding that fact, she gave birth to Lu Jin privately. Since Yue Zhao hated being plotted at, and at that time, he was a retired General form B-City province. So when he discovered this despicable act of Lu Mei, he felt like stabbing her on numerous occasions. Notwithstanding being duped, General Yue ascertained pieces of evidence of her past wrongdoing and utilized it against her.
