He is the Head of Logistics, Lieutenant General Parson.

From then onwards, General Parson become the link between the United States Army and the Allens.

By now, Allens has become the chief technology expert and has helped them in creating the firewall of the pentagon.

” Did General Philip ask for that again?” He asked him.

” yes, he wished you can sell us that tech. If needed we can pay you upfront and help you get some preferential policies too.

You have stuck the nerves of some people by your work over the years, after all. ” Parson said from the other side. He holes to get something which Thomas has in his hands and he seem pretty anxious about it.

Thomas smiled when he heard it.

He knows they want it and hence was dragging it until he can get what he wants.

It seems the chance to reap the benefits is at hands, so he said, ”Lieutenant General Parson I have already told you, the super soldier agent is still not perfect. The only reason they have become stronger than average human is because they were under my constant surveillance 24*7 and were at the peak state without any genetic or health problems.

If you wish to get it, you will have to get me permission to weaponize my island. I wish to create some things as well as test some experiments there.

I need a big space for that. As long as you do that, I will give you all my data, research and even the formula for the superhuman serum which increases the ability of someone by at least 2 times and if the person is at best condition even three times. ”

Parson is quiet for some time and then replied, ” You know it, the United States Government cannot let a private Arms factory arm an island to the teeth, who knows if you have a heart for the rebellion?

Aside from this, we can get you anything you want. ”

This silence before reply confirmed his theory that Parson isn't alone.

” I cannot do that. I have to have that. Who knows when someone in the government or someone in foreign nations who saw me as a threat fires a long range missile or even a continental missile, I will be wide open.

I cannot take that level of risk. ” he refused it directly.

They can say he can hide in the nuclear bunker but he will use some other ways to twist things around.

This habit of his has made things difficult for them.

Seeing that he hasn't got a reply yet, he told them,” Anyways, I will be leaving for Gotham today to inaugurate our another new hospital.

If you still cannot accept this deal then we can only talk after I return from there. I am going to be very busy.”

” fine. We will talk when you return.” Parson said and put down the phone.

Thomas laughs and thought, ' With a public base, I can reveal some of my experiments from time to time.'

It is a velociraptor.
