Chapter 76 - Guilt And Talk (1/2)

From past few days Vivi's heart was quite disturbed. Sam has been too good to her and she couldn't even do anything for him.

Moreover, she has, at first only approached Sam because of his background that could help her but now staying for few months with Sam and feeling his sincere care has already changed her mind and she now really wants to follow Sam. But because of her past feeling she could not decide how to act in front of him.

Sam plans to stay at Sycamore's villa for a week and Vivi decided to have a good talk with Sam within this week.

On the third day, Vivi finally gathered courage to talk to Sam. At night, after the dinner, Vivi knocked on the door of Sam's room.

”Who?”

”Its me, Vivi”

Sam opened the door and found Vivi was standing on the door. He invited her to come in sit down. He could feel that Vivi was nervous about something but he didn't rush to ask her and waited for a while.

”Sam, you know when I first met you on the ship in Sevii islands, I was distressed about my career. Intermediate breeder, if there is no force behind them, their lives turn quite difficult. If there talent and luck is good, they would be solicited by some forces otherwise they would be sabotaged by these forces so as to not grow into another force. The worst case is being forced to work for underground forces under pressure from all sides.”

”I had reached the level of intermediate breeder two years ago but did not dare to take the examination out of fear so when I first saw you, my first goal was to go to the Oak family force through you.” Vivi said.

”I know” Sam

”You knew?” Vivi

”Yes I know. In this world, no one will be good to anyone without benefits. At that tome I was still collecting badges, my own strength was not that good and I don't believe that I am peerless handsome who can attracted anyone at a glance. Moreover I had already known a little about you before we met on that ship.” Sam answered.
