Chapter 102 - You are Guild Master?! (1/2)

Sitting on her icy throne, Xuanyin gazed at the crystal lotus blooming in the lake at the center of the Sacred Hall

Her mind was in constant turmoil since she has met Wang Lei. She did not know who he was or why he came here – she just could not fathom anything about him.

Her mind wandered to the time when she first met him during the direct disciple ceremony.

At first, she was surprised that Wang Lei was able to enter Heavenly Netherfrost Lake even though it was protected by a powerful barrier.

She knew how strong was the barrier around the lake, and yet Wang Lei, who was obviously at the Divine Origin Realm, was able to enter the lake.

Looking at his state, although she could tell that he was fighting someone or something, and him entering the lake could be coincident.

But still, the question about how he was able to enter still lingered in her mind.

But that was not the end of her surprise as she felt her pet – a dragon – fearful of Wang Lei's presence; it was particularly trembling in his presence.

Xuanyin knew how strong her dragon was. And if that was not enough, then the fact that her pet was a dragon – known for their pride and dominance – was afraid of a Divine Origin Realm participant. She was baffled.

Her dragon pet was at Divine Sovereign Realm. Even she, who was at the Divine Master Realm, had a hard time taming him. And yet, here she was, watching her prideful pet shaking just by looking in Wang Lei's direction as if meet his worst enemy.

She knew something was off about Wang Lei.

Although she was curious, being a participant of the Divine Ice Phoenix Sect, it was hard for her to display her emotions.

In the end, she could only talk in her Realm King persona. The only person she had talk normally was her sister, and that was only when they were alone.

It did not mean that she was a cold person. In fact, she was quite a caring person.

She cared for her loved ones and her people. That fact was known as how she killed thousands of disciples of the Flame God Realm when they poisoned her sister. Just from this, a person could tell how much she cared about her sister that she did not even felt a shred of hesitation while attacking a whole realm in anger for her sister.

She had destroyed whole stars under Flame God Realm just for the reason that her sister was poisoned by them.

'Just who is he?' Xuanyin sighed remembering when she lost in a bet. Her mind could not come up with an answer to how she lost.

She was in the Divine Master Realm while Wang Lei was just in Origin Realm! Just how was he able to catch up to her and was even faster.

”Are you alright, elder sister?” Her sister asked worriedly. Seeing her elder sister sitting in the same position for such a long time, she could not help but feel worried.

Xuanyin came out of her thought process and looked towards her sister. Unconsciously, her expression softens.

Remembering what Wang Lei said, she asked her sister, Bingyun, ”Bingyun… do you think I should start running from now on?”

”…” Bingyun could not come up with an answer. A Divine Master Realm started running? A thing that only mortals did.

Bingyun becomes more worried about her sister. I mean, how could a sane Divine Master say that they should start to run.

”…Are you sure you are alright, elder sister?”

Realizing how stupid her question sounded, Xuanyin changed the topic, ”Nothing. Anyway, have you heard anything about mas- I mean, Wang Lei?”

She has asked Bingyun to do an extensive search on Wang Lei's origin. Her prior target was Dragon God Realm, as it was the place where most of the dragons lived.

And by looking at Wang Lei, she could tell that his bloodline was fairly pure. So, her prime suspect was that he came from the Dragon God Realm.

She asked Bingyun to do her research on the Dragon God Realm and to check if he came from there.

Bingyun shook her head as her beautiful hair swayed, and said, ”I could find nothing about it… no matter what realm related to Dragons, I could not find a single clue about his origins.”

Disappointment showed on Xuanyin's face. But at the same time, Wang Lei becomes even more shrouded in a veil of fog.

A sigh was released from her mouth as Xuanyin again questioned her little sister, ”What about that mortal realm that vanished some time ago? Are you still not able to find anything related to it?”

A frown appeared on her icy face. Bingyun has been searching for any clue she could find related to Blue Pole Star, but no matter what she did, she came empty-handed.

It was as if Blue Pole Star never existed.

Her first suspect was that mysterious guild that was operating on that star, especially, it's master.

But even if she did suspect 'him', what could she do? The whole guild, let alone its master, vanished from the face of Primal Chaos.

”Unfortunately, I could find anything related to that star. Every lead relating to it seems to vanish in thin air – as if it never existed.” With a slight disappointment visible in her voice, Bingyun informed her elder sister.

Xuanyin nodded. Just then, the space in the center of the Hall ripped open, revealing a gaping hole as if the jaw of an abyssal beast.

Xuanyin and Bingyun become alerted. Hurriedly taking a defensive position, both cautiously looked at the space hole.

They saw a young man with silver hair, a little cute girl in his hands that he was hugging, entering the Hall as if he owned it.

Xuanyin and Bingyun eyes widen, not because they saw the young man since they knew who he was, but the fact that he used a space tunnel to enter here.

It was a known fact how strong were the space laws of God Realm. It was not something a Divine Origin Realm participant could break open.

But seeing the person in front of them, who was definitely a Divine Origin Realm participant, they were astonished.

Wang Lei, who after leaving <My World>, directly made a tunnel to Snow Song Realm Sacred Hall.

He thought it would be empty as it was most of the time, but he did not think that two beautiful women would be waiting for his arrival.

Smiling slightly, Wang Lei said, ”Though I am happy that you are dedicating yourself to your duties, you should not need to be this serious.”
