23 Wheres my sea (1/2)

The next morning at 5: 30 a.m., Wan Chao'er woke up to the sound of the bell. She set up a work schedule for herself, and the time to wake up was 5:30.

When she woke up, she didn't hurry to get up, but first forced her eyes to memorize an English lesson she had memorized last night.

She tried to move as lightly as she could, afraid of disturbing Bai Zhexi's sleep. Her mother only slept last night when it was almost midnight.

But when she tiptoed to the bathroom and found the kitchen light on, she walked suspiciously to the kitchen door. Through the window above the kitchen door, she could see that Bai Zhexi was also sitting quietly at breakfast.

The mother and daughter both woke up early. Both of them were afraid of disturbing the other, so they tried to be quiet as possible.

Wan Chu'er felt her heart astringent. Such a good mother, how could she not cherish her in the past? How could she harden her heart and use all her strength to anger Bai Zhexi?!

An innocent face appeared in Wan Chu'er's mind, causing her heart to freeze.

Zhuo Yao, you have to pay the price for what you have done!

After Wan-Er had washed up, she came out of the washroom and met Bai Zhexi.

”Chu'er, why did you wake up so early?” She glanced at the clock on the wall. ”It's only six o'clock. You need to rest.”

Wan Chao'er smiled. ”Mom woke up early as well.”

”There's so much food in the morning and I have to go to the market early to buy it.

Oh right, I've already finished breakfast, so I'll just keep it in the pot. Eat it yourself, then put the bowl down after you're done. I'll come back and wash it. ” After Bai Zhexi finished speaking, she took her purse and was about to leave.

Seeing that she didn't seem to have eaten breakfast, Wan Chao'er quickly called out to her.

”Mom, let's go out after breakfast. You go to the market, I'll go to school.” When she saw what Bai Zhexi wanted to say, she glared at him and said, ”If you don't eat, you're not allowed to go out.”

Seeing that her daughter had gotten angry, Bai Zhexi was stunned and quickly said, ”Alright, alright, alright. I'll listen to you.”

The mother and daughter duo acted as if they were at war. It took them only a few minutes to finish eating. Bai Zhexi picked up her bowl and placed it in the kitchen sink before rushing out.

Wan Chu'er hurried back to her room, put on her coat, and went out with Bai Zhexi. Her schoolbag was still at school.

It was not yet half-past six, and there were few people on the road.

Wan Chao'er felt that the empty street seemed to have another flavor to it. The air was fresh and attractive, her line of sight was wide, making people feel full of energy. She couldn't help but want to shout out, announcing to the world that Wan Chao'er had returned!

Wan Chu'er couldn't help but smile. She turned to Bai Zhi Xi and said:

”Mom, if you buy too much food, hire a car to take it back. Don't carry it by yourself, it won't be worth it if you get tired.”

”Chu'er, go study hard at school and don't waste time with those bad students. If anyone dares to bully you, find the teacher. If the teacher doesn't care, find the principal.”

The mother and daughter duo spoke at the same time and instructed each other.

After hearing the other party's words, they couldn't help but look at each other and smile. Both of them felt reassured in the other's heart, and no longer dared to speak to each other.

At a fork in the road, the two of them waved their hands and separated.

When she arrived at the school, it was indeed early, and there were still very few people on the campus.

According to her vague memory, Wan Chao'er found the classroom of class four in senior high school. The day before yesterday, she had been too busy fighting with Liu Li to remember the location of the classroom.

When she pushed the door open and entered the classroom, she found that there were only two people in the room, both boys whom she did not know. When the two boys saw Wan Chu'er, the first one smiled at her with great interest, causing her to frown; the other one looked at her for a moment and then looked down at his book.

She had no recollection of these two people. Wan Chu'er stood at the door of the classroom, but she felt awkward. She could not remember where her seat was, nor was she willing to ask the two boys about it.

After a moment of thought, she turned around and walked out of the classroom. The first boy behind her looked at her expressionlessly as he left with a look of surprise on his face.

Wan Chu'er left the classroom and, relying on her memory, walked to the back of the building.
