50 Chapter 50: Solo un sue?o (1/2)
'This morning is so beautiful! I think i'll make breakfast.'
I grab my robe and head downstairs. Sitting at the counter is Ricky. He's carefully holding something in his arms,
”Ah Kaz, you're awake.”
He turns around and shows that he's cradling a small baby.
”She woke up earlier and I got her. I wanted to let you sleep in a little longer.”
”Um, who's kid?”
He chuckles,
”Real funny, you know she's ours.”
'Ours? We have a child?'
A hot tingly feeling run through my veins,
”I'm a mother?”
”Kaz, Kaz wake up.”
My eyes slowly open to the sight of Lina jumping on my bed,
”It was just a dream?”
”Tell me about it later, we've gotta go!”
”Oh my god!”
All the drunken memories from last night flood back into my head. I feel so stupid!
”Where's Ricky?”
”Downstairs but who cares?! We have to go!”
She yanks me out of bed and tosses me some
clothes.
”These aren't mine. You're in his dresser.”
”Don't care, chop chop.”
I have no energy to protest so I pull his shirt over my head and keep on my shorts.
”Ok, let's go.”
”Finally!”

”Can you please tell me where the hell we're going?”
She happily pats the steering wheel,
”Some new dresses where just delivered and I want you to try them on!”
”Wedding dresses?! Ahh, yay!”
”I know right? But we're not going to my boutique, we're headed to my house, so it's gonna be a long drive.”
”Hmm, ok.”
”Hey, why don't you tell me about that dream you mentioned earlier.”
”Oh,”
Thinking about it again makes me blush,
”Well I had just woken up and went downstairs to make breakfast but Ricky was sitting at the counter with a baby in his arms. Our baby.”
She squeals,
”KAZ, YES! YOU TWO NEED TO HAVE KIDS!”
”I don't know...”
”Bitch, why not?!”
”It's me...and Ricky. Having a child.”
”Mhm, never mind.”
”But...”
She grins,
”But?”
”If I were to get pregnant, I wouldn't be upset.”
”Girl, i'm telling him you said that.”
”No! Don't! I'm still not talking to him.”
”Too late,”
She pulls out her phone and quickly types something,
”Lina you're driving!”
”So? We're here.”
She pulls into her driveway and excitedly hopes out of the car.
I cautiously follow behind her, taking in this new and unfamiliar place. The place is large but not as big as Ricky's mansion.
The front yard is perfectly groomed and has a nice fountain. It's quite lovely.
”We're going up to my room.”
I nod and let her pull me behind her. The inside was not what I was expecting. It gave off a 70's vibe; shag carpets, a sunken living room and lots of antique furniture.
”I have to pee. Where's the bathroom?”
”Down the hall and take a left, but when you're done i'll be upstairs.”
”Mkay.”
I speed walk to the bathroom and burst open the door. The room is filled with steam and Lina's older brother is standing in front of me with only a towel hiding his bits and pieces.
Embarrassed and confused I turn around to hide my blushing face,
”I'm so sorry. I didn't know you were in here.”
”It's cool, you're Lina's friend right?”
”Y-yeah, Kazmaria, but you can call me Kaz.”
”I'm Joaquin, her oldest brother.”
He chuckles,
