The shop assistants were doing their work when out of a sudden, an angry customer entered the shop with a middle-aged man.
”I want a refund!” The woman shouted to one of the shop assistants there.
The shop assistant smiled and greeted the woman.
”Yes, Madam. May I help you?” The shop assistant asked.
”Don't you hear me just now? I want a refund. Return my money.” The woman shouted.
”We can settle this problem. Please calm down, Madam.” The shop assistant tried to calm down the woman.
”Calm down you say... After scamming my money, you think I can calm down!” The woman shouted loudly.
Everyone took a look at the woman. They were interested to know more about what happened.
”Madam, can we talk in the room?” The shop assistant did not want the woman to make a scene here, so, she invited the woman to the room.
However, the woman rejected it. ”So, you are embarrassed, right?”
The shop assistant did not respond to that. She had nothing to be embarrassed with.
”Get me your manager. I want to talk to you manager.” The woman demanded.
The shop assistant sighed and asked her coworker to call the manager. About 15 minutes later, a man came out.
”Sir, this woman wants to talk to you.” The shop assistant greeted and informed the manager.
Yu Qi asked Su Yu Hi to hire a new manager who would be in charge of everything inside the store. His name was Wu Cheng. He was a salesman before. He caught Su Yu Hi's eyes. So Su Yu Hi took him in and told him to learn everything about managing a store.
”Are you the manager?” The woman asked.
”Yes. Madam. How may I help you?” Wu Cheng asked back.
”Your shop is selling the fake jade, right?” The woman said confidently.
”Madam, please don't slander our shop. We are selling the genuine jade.” Wu Cheng thought something.
”Then, why did this jade break so easily?” The woman showed the piece of the broken jade.
”So, you are telling me that you bought this jade from our store?” Wu Cheng asked.
”Of course. Here is the receipt.” The woman brought out the receipt too.
Wu Cheng took the receipt and looked at it.
”Is that truth this store selling the fake jade?”
”Well, the woman even have the receipt. How could it fake?”
”But I heard this store belongs to Tang Family. How can they sell the fake jade?”
”Well, let's watch this scene before making the decision.”
There were a few customers who were currently inside the room who wanted to buy some jade. However, they began to watch the situation first.
