”We can close the operation line which is close to the renovation area. Meanwhile, the line which can be operated will operate twice. Day shift and night shift. We will hire other employees for the shifts. When the renovation is done, the day-night can easily be converted to the daily shift without getting fired.” Song Tai suggested.

Currently, the factory only operated during the daytime. They did not have the night shift.
