Chapter 841 - 841: Wei Family (2/2)
”New friend?” Long Hui asked.
”Hmm... I will introduce him to you later.” Yu Qi nodded.
”Him?” Long Hui narrowed his eyes.
Yu Qi chuckled. She knew that he was about to make a jar of vinegar. His focus was on the word 'him'.
”Yeah. He is a male ferret.” Yu Qi explained.
”Male ferret? That small animal?” Long Hui looked at Yu Qi with an embarrassed look on his face.
”Yeah.” Yu Qi was laughing as she looked at the expression on Long Hui's face.
”You dare to play with me? Wait for tonight, it is my turn to play with you.” Long Hui whispered at Yu Qi's ear in a lingering tone.
Yu Qi glared at Long Hui. 'He dares seduces me at a place like this.' Long Hui smiled as he felt winning over his beloved Qi Qi.
Yu Qi adjusted her tone by faking a cough. She then asked about Long Hui's aim coming to Capital City. ”Why are you here? Don't tell me just because I am here, you have come here.”
”Well...” Long Hui scratched his face.
It was indeed the truth. However, at the same time, he did has a reason for coming to Capital City.
”Well, what?” Yu Qi glanced at Long Hui.
”It is about my mother's family.” Long Hui said.
It was for sure that Long Hui never mention anything about his parent or his mother's family. She just knew about his paternal family, not his maternal family.
Yu Qi was not so sure why Long Hui did not talk much about his parent nor his maternal family.
”What about them?” Yu Qi asked.
”Well, their family is based in Capital City. It is Wei Family.” Long Hui said.
Yu Qi thought about Capital City. Wei Family... Wei Family. ”Wait, don't tell me it was 'that Wei Family'?” Yu Qi turned to Long Hui asking for a confirmation.
Long Hui slowly nodded. ”As you have thought. It is that 'Wei Family'.”
”Your mother is from Wei Family. Wow.” Yu Qi was indeed very surprised by this news.
Even in her past life, she did not know about this. She knew that both Long Hui's father and mother, died in an accident when doing their duty as a soldier.
Yeah, Long Hui's mother, Wei Rong Hue, was also a soldier. She was an excellent soldier too. She was the only woman that held Senior Colonel rank at that time.
