Gazing at his stats Lucien was so lost in thoughts that he didn't know when Rupture arrived beside him and asked.
”What now? Do you plan to call it off?” Rupture said with a sad tone. It understood Lucien's plan after Instructor Hai spoke. He could tell Lucien wanted the instructor to keep one of the king-tier magic beasts away while he and Lucien handle the other two.
At its current level, it's not sure
Even Lucien was stunned, he never thought magic beasts experience such normal emotions like them. He shot his partner a meaningful glance for a short while before answering.
”We will keep moving… we only have to change strategy now… ” Lucien said calmly with a frown.
”What do you have in mind?” Rupture asked with an excited look on their face.
As long as Lucien decided to continue, it means he is confident in his chances of succeeding
”Each magic beast colony is about 200 kilometers away from each other… The least we can do is kill off the first target as fast as possible and then wait for the other two to make a move… I am sure they are sure we are heading for one of them, they will all make a move… we can't afford to hold back!” Lucien said thoughtfully.
”Impossible... We can't deal with a king-tier magic beast so easily… do you really think you can one-shot a powerhouse at my level?” Rupture said while shaking his head.
”It doesn't matter… the worst happens, I will just hold off the two while you deal with the enemy… I just want to be sure you can deal with the enemy alone” Lucien said with a stern look on his face.
If he was going to risk his life dealing with the enemy, he had to be sure Rupture can win against another king-tier beast.
The Roc is an earth type magic beast with a low bloodline… the fact that the other king-tier magic beasts are yet to conquer it is because they are also low tier in bloodline…” Rupture said calmly before his expression suddenly turned serious.
”Are you trying to say a mid-tier bloodline magic beast like me can't deal with a low-tier trash?” Rupture asked with a frown.
”Good…” Lucien was not moved by Rupture's annoyed tone.

Suddenly a cloud of wind appeared beneath Lucien and Rupture
”What are you doing? I can fly without your help!” Rupture was a bit flustered but Lucien did not mind its strange reaction.
”I fly faster… speed is necessary if we choose to increase our chances of success” Lucien gave a simple explanation before he and Rupture turned into two beams of light and should towards the mountain ranges around his territory!
This is the territory of the king-tier magic beast, Abok!

Those below watched Lucien and Rupture speak for a while above before turning into two beams of light and shooting towards the mountain ranges not too far from the southern gate!
”They are really going? Did he really need my help?” Instructor Hai spoke with a frown. He assumed Lucien wouldn't be able to do it without him and that's why he refused to help. That way Lucien would be forced to give up the plan. Right now if Lucien can do this without him, it simply meant he has made a powerful enemy.
As much as he would have loved to interfere directly he knew it wouldn't be proper and if by chance Lucien survives, he will be executed by the empire for treason. Lucien is a noble and not anyone he can just mess with.
”Protected by the empire he seeks to destroy… This life is just too messy” Instructor Hai Lamented.
Meanwhile, the other students gazed at the directing which Lucien disappeared to. In their mind, if Lucien manages to pull this off, he will be acknowledged as the best member of their set!
”I have to get on his good side! No matter the cost!” Alice said as her sky blue eyes glittered.
