Chapter 44 - Oswald Finally Gets to Talk, The Falcon’s Fear ! (1/2)

I started to feel my ears hurt, I woke up in a room with a strange young man with a ninja outfit next to me. He told me to calm down. He said Captain America and the Black Widow was having a friendly conversation with his boss Ray. Then he continued to talk. At first I just smiled and nodded my head. Then I began to realise why my ears hurt, when I was unconscious he already started to talk. I tried to cut the conversation short to get some peace and quiet but he kept talking. I told him I was tired but he said it's alright as he was here to take care of me. I wondered if he meant he was here to take care of me in a sense as to get rid of me ? He kept on talking and talking until I started to feel my ears hurt to such a degree that I rushed out the window and jumped out of the penthouse window.

(Ray's point of view)

I was talking to Captain America and Natasha Romanov the Black Widow for over an hour as we were drinking tea. I tried to tell them in so many ways and hints that I couldn't help them at this time. While Butch was looking at me nervously. Clara was looking from behind me at Captain America Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanov the Black Widow. There was a knock at the door.

(Captain America Steve Rogers's point of view)

We were having a friendly conversation with Ray and Natasha Romanov was sitting next to me. We're drinking tea. The young lady bodyguard whose name is Clara was behind her boss Ray. She was pointing her fingers at me and Natasha Romanov the Black Widow and doing the sign of cutting her neck with her finger. Is she threatening to kill us ? Huh ! Can't be must be some new sign these young people made up to welcome us. I then heard the door bell ring.

”Butch open the door.”, Ray said in a girlish voice.

When Butch opened the door, there stood Sam Wilson his whole face was pale and he was perspiring like he had met a monster he could not defeat.

”Please Steve, I think we should go.”, Sam Wilson the Falcon said as he looked nervously around the penthouse in fear.

”What happened to you ? Didn't Oswald take care of you ?”, Natasha Romanov the Black Widow asked curiously.

”What ? I can't really hear you. I think I might have gotten a little deaf. But please let us leave here now.”, Sam Wilson the Falcon said nervously as if he was afraid of something.

”I am sorry Ray, looks like we have to leave. I could really use your help here but I suppose Butch helping us also counts for something. Anyway thank you for your hospitality.”, Captain America Steve Rogers said as he leap up from the chair and left the penthouse. Both Butch and Natasha Romanov the Black Widow followed him.
