Chapter 36 - A Ray of Sunshine (1/2)

Ray was waiting excitedly for his Space Stone to arrive at Dragon Inc. Ray had set up equipment and scientists to do what he told them to do. This was just in case Ray fell unconscious again due to the exposure to an infinity stone as it has happened two times already. Ray was humming happily while waiting for his Space Stone. Little did he know in another part of the universe, Thanos was verbally cursing him every single day. Although Thanos did not know the name of the magician that put the curse on him and the Black Order.

Ray knew that Tony Stark had a few hours to study the Space Stone before it would be brought here to Dragon Inc at 10.00 am. Ray would get to study the Space Stone for the rest of the day, exactly 20 hours before at 6.00 am the Space Stone would be kept by Shield. After which Thor would get the Space Stone to go back to Asgard.

The Space Stone has arrived as expected and the Hand scientists had recorded it when Ray approached the Space Stone. A light energy moved from the Space Stone to hit Ray's body as he fell unconscious, Oswald and Butch was there to catch his falling body with Clara shouting ”He's mine ! He's mine !”, as she pushed Oswald and Butch away to catch Ray's light slender body. Afterwards Clara guarded Ray's slender body while ċȧrėssing his face while mumbling, ”He's all mine... you are my ray of sunshine...”.

When Ray finally woke it he had been sleeping for 3 hours, he still had 17 hours time to study the Space Stone, this time when approaching the Space Stone Ray did not fall unconscious. Ray was able to spend time to study the Space Stone and extract substantial amount of energies from it using various machines. Ray was able to deduce that a substantial amount of energy had been taken from the Space many decades or eons ago. When the energy had been stolen, he did not know but he theorised that the Space Stone and all the infinity stones had their energy stolen at the same time. What was left of the Space Stone's energy only accounted for 50% of it but that was all theory.

Ray decided to go see Loki with his three bodyguards to get some answers. Ray had a theory going that something big had happened in the Marvel Universe. And that something was making Thanos's threat seem like an ant's threat in comparison. But at the same time that threat would not act on Ray or the Earth as they were too insignificant to it. In fact the Ancient One, Odin, lesser gods, various minor demons seem to be not effected by this threat. Did they possess too little power for this God like entity to notice ?

As a tired Ray and three of his bodyguards approached Loki's cell, the clank sound of the special door to Loki's cell opened.

”You ! You ! Monsters ! What are you doing here ?! Are you here to finish the job ?! Help ! Help ! God murdering monsters have appeared ! Help ! Save this god and I shall reward you ! Help ! Save me mortals ! Keep these mortal defilers of my eyes, ears and mouth away from me ! Help !”, Loki shouted out and moved away from Ray and his three bodyguards.

”Come on, I am not that bad am I ?”, Clara asked as she touched her Muramasa sword.

Oswald put up his hands.

”Put down your hands Oswald !”, Ray shouted out in a girlish voice.

While Ray took out a Gay x-rated magazine with four men having sėx with each other on the cover and read it in front of Loki.

”Oh crap !”, the Shield guard covered up his eyes and ran out of the Loki's cell block.

”Oh shit ! Mortal, you are defiling my eyes again ! Help ! Help !”, Loki shouted out.

”Put that away Butch. All of you please leave here, I want to talk to Loki alone. If he refuses to talk then I will ask you to come back in again to entertain him.”, Ray said in a girlish voice with an evil smile on his face.

As Ray's three bodyguards left Loki's cell block to move outside, Loki's pale face started to have some colour in it again.
