Chapter 29 - Avengers Plus 1 Child (1/2)

Ray was still sitting in his lab creating new things when he received a call from Phil Coulson.

”Ray we need the Wizard ! Please it's an emergency. Nick Fury is activating the Avengers initiative.”, Phil Coulson said hurriedly on the phone.

”Okay. I will coming into Shield with my bodyguards.”, Ray said in a girlish voice.

”Why ?...”, Phil Coulson asked in confusion.

”Because I believe they could be of help.”, Ray said in a girlish voice as he made the cute face again. Ray thinks he can at least get rid of one if not all of his bodyguards if he exposes them to danger !

”Oh ! Okay. But when there is a mission, they stay in the Shield helicarrier. It could get extremely dangerous. Loki has come to Earth.”, Phil Coulson said seriously. Ray had already been to the Shield helicarrier a few months ago as part of the indoctrination process for the Avengers initiative.

”Really... then the more reason to bring my bodyguards along, I believe they would be of immense help against Loki.”, Ray said in a girlish voice with a smirk.

”....”, Phil Coulson said while using his own hand to slap his face gently in disbelief.

”Anyway please hurry. I will send you the location of the Shield helicarrier and gave you the clearance code.”, Phil Coulson said politely.

A few hours later on the Shield helicarrier.

”Boss. Why did you ask us to come to such a dangerous place ?”, Butch ask in a humble tone.

”Are you my bodyguards ?”, Ray asked in a girlish voice.

”Yes... ”, Butch and Clara answered while Oswald put up his hand.

”Oswald put down your hand. You are still not allowed to say anything without my permission. And does that answer your question, you are my bodyguards, so guard me.”, Ray said in a girlish voice with a smirk.

”.....”, the three bodyguards said while they thought they could be resting at home instead of coming here to this dangerous situation. The three bodyguards could only grumble silently as their master aka boss put them in this dangerous position.

Oswald was walking around the park in New York, he thinks back to his past when he was a child. What made him who he was today. Oswald could only think of his grandmother Ethel Meggs. Ethel Meggs, Oswald's grandmother cared for him and his siblings when his parents died working for the Hand. Because of that Oswald and his siblings were quiet most of the time refusing to talk to anyone, or get near anyone, or express their grief over the loss of their parents.

It was at this park that Oswald joined a gang, it was at this park that Ethel Meggs came to rescue Oswald from the gang. It was at this park Oswald realised what a bad ȧss his grandmother was when she beat all the young gang members down all by herself. Ethel Meggs then grabbed Oswald and took him back to her house where Oswald and his siblings were staying. Ethel Meggs did not scream at Oswald, she did not shout at Oswald, she just hugged Oswald and started talking to him. She told him.

”Oswald, we should always express ourselves with our words before we take any action. If you or your siblings refuse to express yourself or talk how is grandma suppose to know how you are ? Oswald please, please tell me what you need ?”, Ethel Meggs said softly.
