”Welcome to Simply Café,” Lily welcomed the customer. A small frown appeared on her face when she noticed that one of the men was carrying a helmet. However, the frown disappeared the moment her eyes feast on the beautiful faces the two men possessed.

'Holy!' her heart skipped a beat and the playboy side of her triggered.

”Hi gorgeous, a table for two please,” one of the men uttered with a wink. The other man smiled as his hand casually pushed the bridge of his eyeglasses. His manner was poised and controlled. Lily was mesmerized. She was only awakened when the first men called upon her.

”Please, this way!” Lily ushered the two to sit on a table not far from little pumpkin who was looking at his big sister from afar.

”May I have your order, please?” Lily tried to remain professional. However, she almost drooled when the two men smiled at her as they took the menu from her hand.

”Miss Lily?” one of the men asked as if to confirm her name. His eyes were looking at the nameplate on her waitress uniform.

”Yes, I am,” Lily was excited when she heard her name being called. Damn, even his voice sounded handsome!

”May I know-” the man was about to speak something when suddenly there was a loud voice shouting in anger. The man stopped talking and leaned forward to listen to what the voice was speaking about.

”You're not qualified to be a manager!”

”Huh?” the man whose speech was interrupted craned his neck towards the voice's direction. He was curious as to whom this rude voice was directed to.

”Shit!” Lily unconsciously cursed, shocking the two men, who were now staring at her in bewilderment. ”Sorry,” she quickly apologized.

The man was about to speak again when another voice echoed in the cafe. He frowned but decided to listen, curious as to how this soft-spoken individual would response.

”What do you mean?” the voice was spoken in a calm manner, not taunted by the other's mockery.

”Sir…” Lily was about to excuse herself knowing that Carla and Bella Lim's situation would turn worse at any moment. However, the men stopped her from walking.

Lily wanted to ask why they stopped her, but soon noticed that the two good-looking men were looking at the direction where the fight was taking place. Their expression became thoughtful as if the fight had something to do with them.

Then, their eyes flickered in realization, both tried to see who was talking. Soon, a disappointment flashed on their eyes as their effort went to waste. They could only see a woman with her lips smirked. The dark brown lipstick she wore made her look like a madwoman.

Meanwhile, Bella Lim finally remembered the story told by Lily. Seeing Carla showing off her immaturity, she began to think if she had been hiding her personality in the past. And maybe, this was the future of her past. Such a complicated thought made Bella Lim frown.

Carla saw the frown on Bella's face and thought that she was mocking her.

”What did I mean? Tch, don't you see it yourself? You have no educational background. What makes you think you're suitable for the position? Even your look is so-so, did you serve yourself to my cousin?” insult after insult left Carla's lips. Right now, she really didn't care if customers were to complain. In fact, she was happy to taint Bella Lim's image in front of everyone.

”Carla, please respect our customers. And- I don't have much patience to deal with you right now,” Bella Lim felt her heart shaking, the throb in her head was now gone. She knew her limit had reached its end. Another pushed, and her patient would fall off the cliff. Therefore, she tried to reason with Carla before everything went out of control. She also thought of leaving, but the woman's tall figure blocked the only path she could take.

”Shit, this hag is going overboard!” Lily was about to walk over when the two men suddenly rose from their seats. She thought they were about to leave the café. Her heart conflicted whether to run to Bella Lim's side or to persuade these fine gentlemen to stay. However, when she heard their conversation, her eyes widened in shock!

”Sun Nan, isn't that Bella's voice?”

”Yes, that's her. Fuck, who's the bitch!”

”Shh, don't make a ruckus. Bella's voice sounded calm. Let her handle this,”
