Chapter 285 - Brother Fan (1/2)

After hanging up, Xiang Chen opened the WeChat messaging app on his cellphone.

Xiang Yi’s contact was at the top.

He tapped the chat box with his bony fingertips, only to see that he had 0 unread messages from her although she had updated her status.

It was a selfie that Xiang Yi had taken with Xiang Qi and Shi Sui’s side profile was unintentionally captured in the photo too.

The caption of the photo was— “Brother Xiang Qi is so handsome today! o(* ̄︶ ̄*)o”

Both of them had many mutual friends on WeChat, and there were already many comments under the photo.

—— [Rascal No.4] : I’m clearly the most handsome of all.

Replying to Rascal No. 4,

—— [Rascal No. 3] : Get lost, I’m the most handsome, okay?

—— [Rascal No. 2]: Bunny, can you send me a photo of yourself without Xiang Qi in the picture?

—— [Shi Sui] : What about me?

Xiang Chen thought, ‘Hah. A bunch of annoying rascals.’

It was late at night but he wasn’t sleepy at all. Hence, he decided to scroll through Weibo to kill some time.

His account was verified as “Lawyer of Lin Chen Law Firm”, so he would often be tagged in posts and comments regarding legal advice.

Occasionally, Xiang Chen will reply to a few of them.

Today, he looked through the list of mentions as usual and paused when he came across a question— “Hey, do you take any pro bono cases?”

He didn’t stop because of the question but because of the username of the person who asked that question.

[Guardian of Xiang Yi Who’s the Best Girl in This World]

The profile photo was a screenshot of Xiang Yi in the variety show “Two Under One Roof”. In the photo, her hair was tied into a bun, and she was smiling with her head tilted to the side. With an added filter and star stickers, Xiang Yi looked even more gentle and adorable.

With a straight face, Xiang Chen saved the photo in his phone and then subconsciously tapped on the other party’s Weibo profile.

It was obvious that this ‘guardian’ was a fan of Xiang Yi, and almost every status update was related to her.

However, Xiang Chen was somewhat baffled by her generational terms of address.
