Cara replied hugging Rose a bit tighter and said: \”Later Rose likes being with grandma\”
\”Come on, Cara she's my grandkid too,\” Said Mark in a pleading voice
\”Fine, Grandpa wants to hold you too, is that okay\” Said Cara while looking Rose who nodded happily
Rose then reached out her hands towards Mark and said with an innocent voice \”Grandpa, hug\”
Marks' heart stopped for a moment seeing that cute little face call out to him with such purity.
Mark swooped her off his wives lap, hugged her then kissed her all over face and said \”Such cute and smart kid. You did good Theo\”
Theodore sighed in relief as he was fully expecting a thrashing from his Dad.
Cara looked her at her now young adult son and asked: \”How have you been since, you know?\”
Theodore replied in a happy \”A lot better than I thought. Some things just don't work out and that's fine cause I still have Rose\”
\”Did you try to talk to her about it?\” Asked Cara
\”Many, so much so that I've lost count and most of those turned into just her being defensive and shouting to prove her point. Mom, seriously I'm better than ever and so is Rose\” Said, Theodore sincerely
\”That's good just remember if you ever feel like it's getting too much you can come to us,\” Said, Cara
Mark passed Rose to Cara and left kids show running before saying \”Theo, let's talk\”
Mark stood up with Theodore following him through the sliding door into the garden.
Mark walks into a little shed before coming out wearing a pair of boxing mitts.
He looked at Theodore and said \”Do you still remember that time I tried to get you into boxing\”
Theodore smiled and said \”Yeah, I think I was 9 or something or something\”
Mark stood side on with hands ups \”Good show me what you remember\”
Theodore smile, he gave his shoulder a quick roll to lose it up before he stood side on with his fists up covering his chin.
\”1,2\” Said Mark
Theodore through a quick jab before following it up with a cross.
\”1,2,3,2\” Said Mark
'Jab-Cross-Hook-Cross' Thought Theodore as he did as he was told
\”1,6,3,2. how did you feel when you she left\” Asked Mark
\”Disappointed,\” Said Theodore in a low and rough tone 'Jab-Right uppercut, Left hook, Right hand'
\”1,2,5,2 Do you know what she's up to \” Said Mark
\”Don't know, don't care\” Said Theodore while throwing punches before getting hit on the side of his head \”Urgh\”
\”Look at my shoulder if you can't see where it's coming, Theo,\” Said Mark before throwing a bunch of swipes and punches.
Theodore calmed himself down before quickly dodging all the strikes.
They went back and forth with striking and dodging before Mark got tired and said \”It's normal to be angry at her but make sure that it does not redirect it onto Rose\”
\”Got it, thanks dad,\” Said, Theodore as he slumped down on the floor
Mark then pulled out an envelope which appeared to be always on his person as he said \”This should help a bit in starting a new\”
Theodore pushed it back into his hands as he replied \”Dad, I'm good. I have a stable income of a grand a day. Also Rose and I have moved into a place nearby. You guys should come over\”
\”Huh? a grand a day, where are you working?\” Asked, Mark
\”Oh, I'm a streamer. So how did you and mom manage to move here, and did you guys build this\” Said Theodore while looking at the house
\”A distant relative of ours passed away and left us the land at $20,000. You don't need to worry you don't know them and neither did I before having to sign for the will. Cara was still stressing over you at the time so to get her mind off you I had the idea of building a home together. So what's streaming?\” Said, Mark
\”It's a live video with a virtual audience. I basically entertain them and they reward me. Don't worry it's nothing sexual. I draw, tell stories, give my opinion on things and do magic tricks\” Said Theodore
\”Oh so where can I find your stream,\” Asked Mark as he pulled out a small metal rod which then opened up with the hologram interface of your every day phone.
\”On the WideView app or on the website. My channel name is. .um. . \” Said Theodore as he began stutter remembering his embarrassing name.
Mark had just downloaded the app and just auto-filled the email and put in his name as MakieMark before getting to the homepage.
He clicked on the search bar and asked \”Come on what's the name\”
\”Let me put it in\” Said Theodore as he grabbed the phone out his dads hand
Theodore then put in his name \”All-Mighty-Dad\”
He then gave it back before hearing his dad chuckle and then go into a laughing fit \”Haha All-Mighty Dad, seriously Theo. God your naming sense still sucks as always\”
\”Shut up, it just sought of happened. I'm gonna go check on Rose\” Said Theodore while walking off feeling completely embarrassed
\”Hahaha sure thing All-Mighty Dad,\” Said Mark as he held his stomach
