“Friend, are you looking for your consultation fee to be paid in Japanese yen or Korean won?” Suddenly, a man in a suit and leather shoes spoke up. He was the director of a sales company, and he figured that Ye Chen was using the conversion rate to gain some attention.

“I only accept Chinese yuan,” Ye Chen said.

As soon as he said that, everyone took a sharp intake of breath!

The punk was really going there!

After all, a hundred thousand was about how much a white-collar worker in River City earned in a year. No one could afford that consultation fee!

Ye Chen looked at the furious mob and shook his head helplessly. He had assumed that there would be at least one person in so large a crowd willing to give it a try, but amidst that commotion, he had somehow become a universally-recognized swindler.

He could even see an older aunty nearby preparing to throw her newly-bought eggs at him.

Just as Ye Chen was about to pack up, two young girls squeezed through the crowd.

The girls’ appearance caused the cursing to die down, because everyone’s eyes were drawn to one of the girls.

She was just too beautiful.

The girl wore a yellow baseball cap that covered half of her face, but even then, they could tell that she must be absolutely gorgeous, stunningly so!

The girl glanced at Ye Chen’s banners, and although she was slightly skeptical, she chose to speak anyway. “Um… Can you really cure anything?”

Ye Chen nodded.

“Alright, then come back with me.”

The girl was unusually decisive, so much so that it was Ye Chen’s turn to feel incredulous.

As soon as the girl said that, the short-haired girl beside her said,
